FMT2023 IOS was released 19 days ago. In that time there have been several major bugs raised (as to be expected with a release of this magnitude for the first time on a mobile device.). I understand that these things take time however I’m rather disappointed that after 19 days, zero patches/fixes/updates have been released and the only communication we’ve had on some major almost game-breaking issues is the poor mods and admin team only being able to respond with “this is a known issue, we’re looking into this”. I’m not asking for the fix to be released immediately, but some communication on what is happening and a possible timeframe on the resolution is kind of the minimum that should be expected from a team that expects us to spend between £45 and £60 a year just to play their game. Again, I want to highlight that I’m not pointing fingers or blaming any of the admins/volunteers in the forums. I understand that you can only work with what you’re given. thanks in advance

Hi Michael, sorry for the late reply I must have missed it. I uploaded the screen recording as an MP4 (I’ll attach a picture with the file name)

I’m only on my mobile without access to a pc so am unable to upload files/save games etc… unles it can be done from my phone.

I actually sent an email to Sega Customer Support on the 16th of November with all the details in it but received no reply whatsoever from them regarding it. Im trying to upload the screen recording I sent to them showing the issue in action however it exceeds the maximum file size.

Nope still happening to me aswell bud and I’ve heard nothing. Even emailed support and not had a response.

This is a problem I’ve also had. Absolutely ridiculous, makes the game almost unplayable amongst the other bugs (No development of players, shortlist not showing names, unable to access one of the tactical instructions etc…) I have found a workaround for this particular issue though Dan. Turn on weekly auto save or manually save the game in less than 30 day intervals and it won’t throw you out buddy.
