PKO Ekstraklasa u22 time vs club match points

So, I've attached the fine email. Does the "At this moment" line, tell me how many minutes my u22 players have played? -
I've played 18 games in the PKO Ekstraklasa and I have 1132 club match points. Before playing my 18th game I had 1116 club match points. I played my latest game on the 28th of Jan 2023 and played 3 u22 polish players for the entire game so that should have counted for 270mins. I've attached the rules, they seem fairly straight forward, any polish u22 will add towards the 3000mins but only 270mins will count for any one match. I've been back over my previous 17 games, and I total that I've played u22 players at about 3500mins. So is this a bug or what's the difference between the 3000mins vs club match points? I also keep getting emails in game about failing to hit the 3000mins, like others have posted in this section of the forum. It would be helpful to have a section in game that tells you how many mins u22 played.

If I understand the rules then you can make 270mins per match by playing 3 u22 players. However in the squad rewards section under the league. I played a match, had 3 u22 players on for 90mins and my number went up by 20 rather than 270. Not trying to hijack your thread. Just trying to workout what's going wrong with mine.
