I'm trying to re-create the two contitental competitions of south américa (Libertadores and Sudamericana) with Mexican teams on fm21 using the pre game editor advanced rules, as far as i know everything is alright, but when i test the rules i recieve this mensage: "New stage 0 for copa libertadores can't find enough teams to be created. 0 teams found, 6 needed".
