Struggling to find a successful tactic with Aston Villa. First season, down in 17th and out of both cups. What tactic would you recommend?

Hi Knap. Thank you for the hard work as always. I am still on FM22 ME 22.4 and I am really struggling with Aston Villa. I had been using holy ghost fire but doesn't seem to be clicking. Any tactic you would recommend for them?
