With the Personal assistant sending you a weekly job update when unemployed, I think it’d be a bit more in depth if they gave you an estimated chance at securing the job. Factoring in your reputation, the like ability of the fans towards you can factor on the probability too, a little successful but boring football my not sway the fans, lots of defeats and the fans don’t want you at all will effect your interview

Birmingham City, currently renting stadium, we now own the stadium again as of July, and we only have used capacity of just under 20,000 (currently correct but being repaired) no mention of stadium repairs which are on going with a completion date expected in December, in fact the lower Tilton is reopening this Wednesday which will bump the capacity. -
In some cases if taking a job interview half way the season, when discussing transfer budget and wage budget, a club will say you have £0 for wage budget, if you are offered the job it then changes to a reasonable wage budget on offer.

At the minute club vision is very much the club have the rule and you can’t really change much, they make accept 1 change or 2, think more clubs should be a clean slate that you can go in a give the club a vision
