  1. Brønshøj Boldklub: Season 13: 35/36 Youth intake and updates: We had a great intake this year with good potential and personalities, I guess playing in the Superliga plays into this. Schønning-Larsen looks fairly decent and with professional personality we should be able to make something of him. Sørensen looks even better though and can play both as a winger and a striker so he fits very well into our system. Last we have Zlatan, or well at least a Ibrahimovic and we could definetly use a defender with some potential to play in the Superliga. We also got an upgrade to training and youth facilities with the money from playing in the top division, making things look more promising for the future Season review: We had kind of a poor start surprisingly FC Nordsjælland started off very poor as well and same with Esbjerg. This meant a very close race for avoiding the relegation spots. With 4 games to go we had 6 points down to FC Nordsjælland. Unfortunately we lost our last 4 games though and FC Nordsjælland managed to get excactly 6 points so down we go... Oh well would have been nice to stay especially financially but maybe a season with lesser opponents can give a chance to play some younger players into the team. As a sidenote we were playing our matches at Brøndby Stadion so thats why I have stadium capacity at 29000. and we also got those numbers when playing Brøndby, which meant a nice amount of earnings from those games.
  2. I stopped with Kjellerup, since it was a bit too hard and would be a very long term project. Since then I tried a bit with Slagelse but wasnt really feeling it and now I am back with Brønshøj BK. I have played a lot of season so its just gonna be a quick summary of how things have gone so far. This is how the season have gone by in the leagues. Started off very well with two straight promotions, although we got quite lucky scoring in the 93rd minute to advance from the 2. division. As it can be seen we have had some relegations here and there, but finally managed to get the promotion to the Superliga. Since we are so far in we have no legacy players left, last one leaving was back in 31. Our trusted HOYD for many years has been this guy With his model citizen personality I am probably going to keep him for some time, and I think we have also had some good intakes in general although we havent had any amazing talents so far, which can be seen by the players who have left us have all gone on to perform at a lower level than we are now. Some of our "stars" can be seen here:
  3. Kjellerup Idrætsforening Youth intake season 4 Finally a intake where many had decent/good personalities instead of freaking casuals, so my new HOYD is popular for now even if his attributes are not that good. We have a professional player who is not terrible! That is definetly a cause for celebration. Lets hope this brave man can turn into something great for the club. Resilient isnt a personality I have had often but it is a welcome one, lets just hope he has some professionalism too. Kjellerup Idrætsforening Season review 4 We never really got going in the season, yet we were still 2nd place for a while but we just couldnt get consistent runs of wins and we conceded so many penalties and direct freekicks that I was getting a bit frustrated. Our players are starting to develop more though so I still have my hopes for the future, and we kinda need promotion soon because we cant improve anything with our finances in this division.
  4. Makes sense and that must be the case. I do prefer FC Vestsjællands logo too so they have something going for them.
  5. Welcome to Denmark With regards to the club its actually not existing anymore in real life at least, the wiki link can be seen here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FC_Vestsjælland. They had a few seasons in the Danish Superliga and even reached the cup final, but then they went bancrupt in 2015, and split into Slagelse B&I who you may have seen people play with in here. I cant find them in my game though so not sure why that difference is there.
  6. Kjellerup Idrætsforening Youth intake season 3 Well I am playing at a high speed so here we go with season 3. Well I said last intake had bad personalities but this was worse, so many players with casual and unambitious personalities. So this ended up being the last year for my YOHD since we was responsible for two terrible intakes, and I also hired staff to u19 valuing their personalites over their abilities. New HOYD development will be this guy: Lets hope it will lead to some improved personalities in next intake, because we could really use some good youth players with potential. Our best prospect for the year is this guy, who I do quite like the look of with a driven personality I expect him to become decent at least. Kjellerup Idrætsforening season review 3 We were slightly better than last year but kind of the same with performing well for a while and then collapsing a bit. This time we didnt shine as brilliantly at any point but on the other hand we didnt collapse as spectacularly either, so were more consistent which I like to see. Maybe next year we can make a promotion push?
  7. Kjellerup Idrætsforening Youth intake season 2K Im a bit conflicted about this intake, on one hand its the best I have ever had in regards to current ability but on the other hand all the players have neutral or poor personalities so it might be hard to actually realize their potential. At least some of them are already skilled enough to improve the team directly when they become 16. Jönsson looks decent but not really fitting too well into our system, but hopefully he has some potential. Nielsen looks nice and will be an improvement in our central defence, unambitious not the best though. Kjellerup Idrætsforening Season 2 review We were looking really good, sitting in second after like 20 games but then this happened... So we ended up as number 6 which is not bad, but our play had me hoping for potentially more. As can be seen we arent doing amazing financially so we cant afford upgrades of any kind. We are not doing so bad that we should be in trouble either though, but it would be nice to get to the 1. division to earn some more money.
  8. So I ended up dropping my save with Holbæk, since I wasnt quite feeling it both due to losing some of my key players, struggling with finding the right tactic for the team and just not feeling the club/players. But I did some tactical experimentation and am up for the challenge again. So here we go again this time with Kjellerup IF, who are a smaller local club with just a 2000 capacity stadium and pretty poor setup, but they did have some good players with decent ages too so I had my hopes. We are an amateur club though so there was always the fear of these good players disappearing but I gave it a shot anyways. This is the setup we had at the start of the game, definetly room for improvement! And improvement we did get during the season with double upgrade to youth recruitment and junior coaching! We hired this guy as HOYD, not great but we take what we can get at this point. This is how the squad looked at the start, horrible depth but some quality amongst and we were lucky enough to "only" lose Patryk Pietras and Oliver Henriksen of our good players and we had them for a chunk of the season too. Some of the best players can be seen here: Kjellerup Idrætsforening Youth intake season 1 The intake was alright, although the guys with best personalities didnt have greatest CA, but definetly could have been much worse and hopefully we can make few of these play a role in our team, depth wasnt the best anyway so they dont need to be very good to play a role in pretty much positions except strikers. Very bad acceleration and strength, but lets hope he can improve, definetly a brave man. Looks alright, but not loving stamina/natural fitness, as it is something we require in our system Our only professional, again not loving the strength but otherwise looks somewhat well rounded. Kjellerup Idrætsforening Season review season 1 We won the league! so we are off to a good start.
  9. Holbæk B&I- Youth intake season 2 The intake was very good this time around, only missing someone who can play a significant part at the moment but we lots of players with possibly high potential and luckily some of them also with good personalities. Two of the best are: I have big hopes for Winther to play a part in our team in the future (unless he gets poached of course). Thats not to say he doesnt have his shortcomings but what else to expect at this point. Morsing has perfectionist personality so that should be good and he looks alright too, although we use defensive wingers so he is not ideal for my current system. Holbæk B&I- Review season 2 The season was kind of opposite of the last one, because this time we were quite abysmal towards the middle of the season but then ended up doing quite well, and if Brabrand hadnt scored in the 87 minute against Young Boys we would have went up instead, but I have hopes that next season will be the season we can clinch promotion.
  10. I am back with this challenge and once again I have given it a go in Denmark. Starting club is Holbæk B&I and manager is Rolf Sørensen former cyclist. Squad at start of the game is fairly good, but we lost a few players immediately due to our amateur status . Holbæk B&I- Youth intake season 1 We had a fairly good intake although personalities are mixed (Im not sure to how to show only youth intake in squad view, so its just from the develelopment center for now). Best players include these guys who could play a role from the start, but just with a balanced personality though. Holbæk B&I- Review season 1 In the league we were looking very promising for promotion, but in the promotion fase we completely dropped the ball and in the end we had to settle for 3rd place. Im not too sad though since I dont think the 2. Division would do much for us at this point, since we would likely struggle there and money wise its not much better anyway.
  11. I havent kept up with my season so Im going to do 3 in a row but its going to be short for each. Season review season 3- 25/26 We had a very good season, taking home 1st place and for most of the season looking unbeatable, but with a bit of a fall towards the end, but probably also because I tried giving more young players time on the pitch. We also had a good intake Season review season 4 26/27 We started well with a lot of points, but were dreadful rest of the season, and the big issue was our goalkeeper and defense who just werent any good. Intake wasnt the best because of personalities and current level, it wasnt the worst either though but no one close to first level team Season review season 5 27/28 Well form from last season continued and we were absolutely abyssmal and relegation was unavoidable, luckily I didnt get the sack. There were some good prospects in there, but sadly we lost Jann Ingi Rouah since we only have him on part time contract on a very low wage and apparently other clubs can steal them then with no compensation... So good luck to him for Gil Vicente.
  12. Season review season 2- 24/25 I wasnt sure what to expect now that we were in the second division, main goal was just to avoid relegation and the media expected us to be get relegated clearly. And then this was our start to the season. Fair to say it wasnt the best start and I started having memories from my Holbæk save, although the board of course have more confidence in me here considering the expectations and last season. Luckily things turned around and we really picked up the pace and were even looking close to promotion towards the end! But fell a bit off in the last couple games, but still a good first season in the division epspecially after that start. We also got a new upgrade, and my manager is now studying for a continental C license. Youth intake was also good with some high potential and also decent ca players, and of top of that we had a lot of good personalities overall. Konge looks very good and he is fairly ambitious as well. We have already given him some games, although we have some good depth in attack. Vasic also looks like someone that could be good for the future, so far he is too young to play for now and also wouldnt get into in main squad anyways. Someone who has played a decent amount of games i Riviere though, not because he is amazing yet, but we dont have much quality on back positions and our main RB got injured, so he played a role in the end of the season. Larsen looks good but hasnt played any games yet, but he will be one to watch for the future. Our youth team also debuted in their division and they did really well and got a 2nd place, so looking good for our youth.
  13. So after failing miserably with Holbæk I am back with an attempt in Denmark, this time with Slagelse B&I. We were predicted to finish 8th but I had some hopes for the team since there are some good players, although the defence isnt the best. I signed this guy as HOYD, professional personality and okish in other regards. Season review- Season 1 23/24 It ended up being a great season, we did lose a few players most notably Uffe Bech, but thats to be expected since he is too good for the level B But league table ended like this So promotion is ours, and we are now semi-professional! On top of of that we had a really good youth intake. Lots of players with potential and some of them good enough to already play a role in our team. Some of the best are Mosegaard fits well into the system and is already going to be our starting player on right back, also scored a cracking goal in one of his first matches, so a good start for him. Same case for Allentoft, who has some good pace/acceleration and has had a good start with 3 goals in 4 matches. Larsen is also already pretty good and might play as one of our two strikers next season. Christiansen is also a pretty good player already and with fairly professional personality he is one to watch out for. Kinda same for Jukic, although he doesnt fit too well into my current system. We also got upgrades to youth recruitment and junior coaching, and I got 2 coaching badges during the season.
  14. First sack in a long time. Cant say I fault them, we were abysmal and I couldnt seem to fix it. Kinda annoying they waited after the 4 month winter break to fire me before the first game though But with a league table like this And results like these Yeah... Wasnt looking great, our defence was especially bad, had some kinda hilarious games though like the 6-8 loss and 4-7 as well in the cup.
  15. I have started a new try in this challenge. I was considering between Turkey and Denmark but I went with my homenation. Most difficult aspect in Denmark is starting as an amateur club, which means I have to get semi professional ASAP before I lose my players, so lets see how that will go. I started with Holbæk since they are the most viable option to progress with, also they have develop players using clubs youth system expectation, so that is nice. Squad looks pretty good and luckily not too old, so if we do get semipro we can have them on the team for a while. This guy will be my new HOYD, he isnt great, but he was probably the best I could find, I could have found someone with professional personality but they sucked in the other areas so he will make due for now.
