This issue is still not solved. There is little to no squad rotation for youth teams. This needs to be fixed ASAP. -
As you can see, youth teams do not rotate lineups. They do not make any subs either. Basically , youth teams rotation is broken and therefore non-existent. This is the same for all saves. Please fix this issue because it is a big one. I uploaded the save on the cloud. It's called 'Ilhan Karaoglan - Wrexham'. But I know this issue can be found in each and every save.

Same lineups are being used every game for youth teams. Almost no players are subbed in or out of the games.
