I'm playing it on my iPhone 11 pro without any kind of lag, so I think there won't be any kind of problem on iPad 2021. I'm thinking about buying it too for FM Touch, waiting for someone to release something to change the team names (I'm a Napoli fan and I can't play with the name Parthenope 😬)

I signed up for Apple Arcade to play this fantastic title on the iPhone. The only flaw, I can not stand and watch my favorite team called Parthenope. You could understand me, if I don't read Napoli it's unplayable for me. To my amazement I noticed that there is no in-game editor for Touch version. In the past years I have played the Mobile version, to change the names of the teams and competitions it was enough to edit a very simple text file renamed changes.txt and transfer it via iTunes. Can you tell me if such a thing is feasible with the Touch version?
