When I start a save with them, it tells me they finished 5th in the "intro to the club" screens, as well as in the competition history screen listing league finishes, and the season preview page. However, it does say that they are in the champions league so hopefully that hasn't been affected. -

Quite minor, but the database has Spurs finishing 5th last season rather than 4th.
