    How can I check which players are signed as part of the 6 foreign under 21 for a given season? I am playing in England. Currently I have 5 signed with another pending in Jan, I assume he will be my sixth. Is there an easy way to tell who are the previous 5? Another question, let's say Liverpool sign a u21 foreign player and I then sign him from Liverpool while still under 21 does he count against the limit?
