I am doing a save with Hapoel Jerusalem in Israel's Premier League. I only have the national scouting range/package but whenever I try to scout a player from anywhere else in the world, it doesn't cost anything. Attaching my save file and a couple of screenshots below.

Where do I check my progress in the required amount of playing time? I believe it was mentioned in the feature reveal video that it would be possible to check this. I'm talking about this: I get an email once a month but I'd like to be able to check this at any point.
