I'd be shocked if this hasn't been mentioned before, and to be fair I'm playing FM21, so apologies if this is in FM22 already.
But it sure would be nice to be able to comment to a player ("Warn") when they get sent off. As an example, my Vanarama North side made it to the third round of the FA Cup, and were playing Cardiff who are in the Championship, and my starting midfielder gets sent off in the 46th minute. We end up losing 1-0, which was amazing considering we played half the game with 10 men. After the game, I went to warn him, but the only options were the usual (strikers feeding off scraps, passing not good enough, tackling was poor, and be more direct). You'd think there would be an option for "Your sending off cost us the match!"
It would be extra cool if the feedback could be slightly different based on circumstance. For example, a red card in the 90th minute of a league match when you're in the middle of the pack with a game left in the season isn't at the same as one early in a game, or in a cup match, or when you're facing promotion/relegation. Similarly, a red card in a match you won isn't as bad as one in a match you lost.
