TECOS FC END OF THE SEASON 2034-2035 (mexican 1st division) Hello everyone ! For the recap we've been in first division for 7 years now and we're stuck in the mid-table , except one year when we got 3rd in the division, But this year was a good one ! we start things up by the opening stage where we played good but didn't manage to win a game early so we got stuck on a losing streak, we finished 13 th which is bad but i wasn't really worried about the quality of our games And i was right cuz the second part of the season was fantastic ! we finished 2nd even with first place and despite the fact that we lost in the quarter final of playoff we qualify for the first time in north american champion's league ! This can be explain by overperforming players and not really by any tactical changes, as it was a team effort Here the team this year, no big changes except cuevas a good well rounder dm, Guarch and Cuadros did very good this year and Gaytan was the most inform player of the year, he was the top goalscorer despite playing left wing We have a good youth intake this year but im not overhiping it too much, last one was good on paper but one year later i don't think any player could potentially come in first team Cruz, Garcia and Reyes seems great and i hope they can join the first team one day ( especially Reyes as i love target man ) And here the transfers recaps , no big players left Next year can be a good one i hope we will manage to get things right this time again !

TECOS FC END OF THE SEASON 2033-2034 (mexican 1st division) Hello everyone ! we're still in the first mexican division and we're stucked in mid table since a few years and we didn't do better this year with a 10th place in the opening stage and a 11th place in the closing stage I'm struggling to have better results and honestly i take the blame i think the team is okish and with a good coach resultats could have been better The good new this year is we have a new board and i can finally improve my facilities which are average for training and formation but at the cost of pretty harsh goals for the ligue, noot that good on paper but im getting tired of having same results every year so it's motivating me again ! To dive into the pitch, the main problem this year was my strikers which you can see just above, i have 3 options available but all of them did a shi*** year , which is a shame cause the team was working well and we didn't concede a lot of goals but we could't either. The first one is Adame, on paper he was one on my most promising youngsters in the save but he have the terrible inconsistency trait which mean when he is at his best he win games by himself but when not he will miss 2 sitters a game, i always played him striker but i moved him this year mostly as a winger cause he doesn't want to do a good season. He was very good in the first half of the season but ghosted throught the closing stage The second option is Cuadros, my man my champ ( my highest wage ) , i have no waod to say how thr*** he was this season, he always been a very impactful player always stepping up on big matches and always very good in the buildup on games where he couldn't score, This year i had his devilish clone missed EVERY chances and he didn't want to involve himself in games . Just take a look at xg and a lot of chances are point blank headers that are 0.05 xgs but for a good head player it's easy . Shocking season from the start to the end, My third option is Gaytan , he can play anywhere in attack ( i love to play him when there is a small right back in other team to just brute force goals ) but it's the same as the others terrible xgs conversion and too many easy headers missed A bit of saltyness but offensively it was so frustrating to see the number of chance we had and all the misses For the others players still a very good year by Guarch but nothing else really happened To brighten things p we got a good youth intake this year I won't talk too much cause my best players actually in the team comes from 2 and a half potentials when i look at others years screens but i expect a lot from the youngsters this year ( spoiler ive played a bit before writing this and it's not as good at first look ) (( but maybe if they actually work a bit they will have first team potential )) ((( ))) To end things up here the transfers proof , good luck to all managers out there !

TECOS FC END OF THE SEASON 2032-2033 (mexican 1st division) Hello everyone ! To do a quick reminder of what we did last year we finished 12th in the opening stage and we finished 3rd in the clotura ( and we lost in final of the playoff for the title ) , so last year was great ! It's been 2 months since the last update as i didn't enjoyed at all playing this season, the year-after-a-good-season blues when everything doesn't work like last year It was ... hard , we struggled a lot in the middle of the year and the last month but we played pretty good honestly as we showed this season like the last one that we are capable of winning against everyone so we finished at the 11th place in the opening and 10th in the closing Not a bad result when you look at the quality of the players, after a bad run of form i took a look at players comparisons with others in the league and we're pretty much in the last place for every attributes so yeah Im happy the squad preview don't show players attributes look how good is the team with stars No big news this year, we had a promising midfielder by the name of orozco coming in , he did good for a first season in the pro team and i hope to see big things from him We lost the good prospect gonzalez in the middle of the season for damaged cruciate ligaments , a big blow for his career as he have the unambitious personnality so his growth has been slow , i hope he will recover The good things about this year is the youth intake, a lot of talents in this one and i have faith that somes will soon join the first team , we really needed a good year after very harsh promotions and it happened Alexandre Anne is one the best prospect i had since the start of the save , either footed with very good dribbling and a good personnality , if he progress he can become a first team player quickly That's it for this year ! I hope i will have more motivation to play in the next few weeks to bring a new chapter

TECOS FC END OF THE SEASON 2031-2032 (mexican 1st division) Hey guys ! To do a little recap we were 12th in the opening stage last season and 10th in the closing stage, we were stuck mid table for 3 seasons This time it started like always, we grabbed a few wins but still can't handle the big team which leads us to be in 12th position in the opening stage again, nothing to speak about really The big surprise came in the second part of the season ! We were sooooooooo close of the league victory as we lost in final to monterrey in playoffs but what a run ! I didn't expect what will happen early in the closing stage but we were just winning game after game despite the fact that nothing changed ( no big tacticals changes and no golden generation breaking through in the first team ), i feel like it was more a matter of morale and dynamic The miracle run didn't stop in playoffs as for the first time we were past quarter finals and we grabbed a huge win against tigres who were very strong in regular season , sadly monterrey were just too strong for us Still really happy about this year and i hope we will be able to do a season like this again Here the legendary team we played with this year , no player will be highlighted this year as it feels more like a team work than an individual good season despite the consistensy of Guarch and Cuadros all season About the transfers we didn't lose anyone this year, i wanted to sell to boost the club bank account but no interesting offer came in But i have a bad news for the club, our youth promotion is absolutely horrendous this season On paper it didn't look so bad as we have 2 fivestars and 1 fourandahalfstars but the goalkeeper is a midget and the 2 others have terrible personnality, for the first time i don't think a player will make it to the first team even as a subtitute The problem is still the bad youth facilities and i don't know and don't hope it's a bug but i don't have the option to upgrade them , it didn't surprised me last seasons as we were very short on money but we now have a good money in the bank and i still can't do it If it's really a bug it's gonna be very hard to complete the challenge as relying on miracle runs is very random, i will still do my best !

TECOS FC END OF THE SEASON 2030-2031 (mexican 1st division) Hello everyone ! To do a quick reminder last season we finished 8th in the opening stage and 17th in the closing stage Here the team as we speak Nothing really changed since last year , we just had 2 good youngsters which play respectively left and right back , so we have a lot of options in the wide area We had a roughter start of the season than last years, but we managed to secure some wins and we finished 12th of the opening stage, just enought to be in playoffs where we lost in the first qualifying round , a boring first half of the season to be honest The interesting part comes here, if you remember last updates our best player , the goalkeeper , was leaving the club at the end of his contract in the middle of the season so we needed a player to replace him, i had a few choises and among them my backup keeper ( Bernardo Partida ) who played good when we needed him for the past years. He played 4 games but he did too much mistakes to give him other chances to play , so we needed a change. I had 4 youngsters playing in the u20 team available as keeper, all had pretty much same level and potential but i decided to let my younger one ( 17 years old ) have a try , he had a great personnality and he played well in the young team I was really scared of him and was expecting to concede a lot and ... he was an absolute beast As you can see he played 15 game in the club conceding only 13 goals with 7 clean sheets and 3 player of the match which is monstuous as 17 years old despite his small build for a keeper He played really well in u20 national team too in really tough games against major countries too and i expect a lot from him for coming years Thanks to him we finished 10th in the closing stage so it's the first year since the start of the challenge that the club play both playoff in a year, Sadly we didn't manage to win the qualifying game like in the opening We were lucky this year to not lose a player , we only selled a backup left back who played absolutely terribly in his new team in 2nd division so no big deal We still can't upgraded facilities this year because we have no money and it shows as this year intake was good but no gem hidden in it, no good personalities this year too We did a good year in global but no big improvement either, if we can't upgrade our facilities i think we will at best stagnate in mid table as im not a good enough coach to do big results with the level of the players We might sell players in we have a very good offer next year to generate some ressources

TECOS FC END OF THE SEASON 2029-2030 (mexican 1st division) Hey guys, to do a reminder we're in the first mexican division for the second year and last year we finished 9th in the opening stage and 17th in the closing stage, and we lived a similar year this season, Now ill introduced you our most important players off the season Like last year we played a very defensive tactic which doesn't really fit players as they are on the slow side but we don't have the quality to play more openly, It payed off on the opertura where we played the most boring football but managed to finish 8th ( a new record yey ), we were blessed with the good form of our strikers especially Adame who was clinical in front of the goal and for the first season titular of Guarch he improved a lot and bringed us the pace we were lacking But like last year we started to stuggle in the closura and we weren't able to bring wins till late in the season, honestly we didn't play badly and i think we showed better football than we did in the opening stage but we were lacking of the little flame who bring the 3 points, it was maybe luck maybe players quality maybe manager quality but we did the worst run of form since a long time . I tried to play more of a possession tactic in the end of the season who bring us a couple of wins but we still finished 17th. I felt bad about this because i was hoping to improve the club and for an other year we are in the bottom . We're not relegated thought so it's not a disaster . Here the league table followed by the squad list We gave a lot on appearances for the youngsters but no developing which is frustrating , Cervantes, Cruz and Landeros have like 100 matches played in the first team but their level stay the same so i think they won't improved much, Sanchez and Gallardo were bringed up to the first team this year but didn't improved at all We have some promising youngsters coming up for next season in left and right back positions, and i expect a lot from them. Im worried for the few next years as we had two bad youth intake back to back so we have less quality than a few years ago in our youth team, our youngsters promotion was bad this year as we have only one 5 stars potential , Henry Gonzalez, which is unambitious. Some others players have some potential but are absolutely terrible for now and it will be long before they could join the first team We kept all our player roster this year, but sadly Jaime Mar, our best player,is leaving in the end of his contract in 6 months ( he don't want to sign a new contract ) our financially situation is going on the red again after 2 calm years and we need to sell this transfer window but i hope i won't lose an important player. The financial situation of the club is giving me headaches as we lose a lot of money every year despite the fact that we don't give huge wages and i have no idea how to improve it . The biggest problem about it is that we can't improve facilities with no money in the bank and we are stuck with averages one. For the next season i will changes all tactics cause i think i can do better and i can't hide behind players quality as hubwub did a banger save with an other mexican club so i will try to keep up with the master Let's hope for the best !

TECOS FC END OF THE SEASON 2028-2029 (mexican 1st division) Hey guys ! Before speaking about our season i will introduce you the protagonist of this year Jaime Mar ! This man was absolutely insanely good in the first part of the season and we managed to do good for our return in the first division, this year we tried to be as defensive as we could and it paid off as a great goalkeeper is very important when you concede a lot of 0.03 xg attemps Not the best way of enjoying football but it bringed result as we finished 9th ( which qualify us to playoffs )and we managed to be in quarter final of the opening ! And it crumbled very fast as Jaime Mar decided to want to leave the club without anything i said to keep him in working, so i took the decision of jailing him in the club as i have no other players doing good as goalkeepers, But he played absolutely terrible the second part of the season making blunders every game so we finished 17th of the closing stage My chance it didn't mean that we are going down so hey a good year nontheless Here the team of this year, nothing changed really since last year, our lack of good CM and laterals is showing still Our youth intake as been very good this year but i don't think there a gem in it, like last season i forgot to screenshot the preview sorry We have a good GK so maybe i will jail jaime mar one more year the time he develop To finish heres the transfer recap with nothing going on we managed to not lose a first team player this year Im somewhat worried about next year as we finished the season poorly and im not seiing how we will be able to save ourselves next year , i hope the players will step up !

TECOS FC END OF THE SEASON 2027-2028 (mexican 2nd division) Oh **** here we go again, back to first division boy after 3 rough years in the second league ! We manage to keep the same team at the start of the year which helped a lot in the early season, we've thrown a lot of youngsters in the first team as the injuries sadly piled on but it was a bad thing for a good think as they did good and never got back to u20, WIth a good run of form we managed to get in playoffs in good position for the opening stage which we won ! I was starting to think i will never be able to perform with the team so it improved my morale as well, i got more focused in the tactics and i was more motivated for the end of the season, Despite the lost of our best midfielder ( sadly an other sell when my board don't want to speak with me and just sell him ) i did little tweaks that helped tacticaly and we steamrolled the second part of the championship So we won the closing stage too , a perfect year for us and for our very young team, The success of this year was probably thanks to our keeper too, we struggled for 5 years with a very bad keeper and we got a promising youngster who got his place in the first team so we conceded a lot less goal than previous years Here the team: No players will be highlighted this year as i have quality but not a outstanding player For the youngsters that came in the club it's not a bad or a good year just average players who can maybe fit in the first team if they improve a lot but i was expecting more For the transfers except a good midfielder we kept everyone and i hope it will be the same next year Next year i will do my best to keep the team in the first division and i swear i won't fail this time !

TECOS FC END OF THE SEASON 2026-2027 Hello fellows coachs , a rough year we got, and it started very bad, as the club was in a terrible state financially ( when we climbed in first division then got relegated the wages of the players did go up a bit as they all wanted new contracts ) and we had like 2.5 millions deficit, so the board director decided to sell my 3 best players for a bargain without letting me even negociated For Jesus alonso ( our best player , a central defender ) it wasn't surprising as he was starting to be too good for the club but for Alejandro Cruz ( our only pacey striker ) and Juan Pablo Rangel ( our only creative midfielder ) it was very disapoiting as the comity director selled them for minimum value when they were the pillars of the team, and we really struggled for the closing stage finishing 7th with a very poor game quality and a deserved elimination in the first round of the playoff In the mid season i took a break of the game and took some time off to rethink all my tactics as nothing was working as we lose our best players, i took the decision of stopping try to fit my best players on the team and to play more pragmatic tactics and it works better as we finished 5th in the apertura but sadly we lost like in closing stage in the first game of the playoff , killing our chances to go up with a defeat 3-2 when 2 of the goals conceded come from big defensives mistakes from my defenders . Defenders are still our biggest weakness in term of players quality and it showed sadly in the season, Here the team we played with this year with our two best players, im hoping to keep them next season cause i really want to construct my team around them This year i totally forgot to screen shot the youth player preview , im really sorry but here the youth player promotion, not really a good year like last year, i will change my HOYD this year as we dont have enough quality youngwise and im hoping for better personnality Crossing fingers that we don't lose more talents this off season, let's hope to win the second division !

TECOS FC END OF THE SEASON 2025-2026 A good year in globality for the team in mexican second division, but we didn't manage to climb up again as we lost in apertura final , a bit of a weird game as we lost when we were in control most part of it but that's of the game works, Young players in the first team improved a lot which help but we stil are lacking of depth especially in defense, on the u20 side nothing is really going on, and i won't be able to promote young players to the first team except if injuries makes me do so, we still have the problem of youngs players not improving and even with the recruitments of good staffs average training performance is terrible, The youth intake was the worst i got since i came to the club as my few players with good potential have terrible personnality but i trolled a bit this year as i wanted to change my hoyd and i didn't find anyone who wanted to come in with the low salary i can spare so i took back my old hoyd , but with a few weeks off it didn't help, Still hoping to climb up to first division again next year ! TECOS FC END OF THE SEASON 2024-2025 Down we go ! It's been a terrible terrible season for us going last for the operture and closing stage, nothing to say i didn't manage to win games sadly, we had very bad players compare to others team in the league but we struggled a bit too much to say it's only the players For now im not sacked, but with the results i had in the end of the season it's only a matter of time i think and tacticaly i have no idea how to bring the team back on track, even in second division, League table: The team : The best young player: Youngsters promotion: Transfers and a player than was recruted before i came to the club is finally out : Youngs players didn't manage to step up but we have a lot of potential in the young team, sadly they are not working very well so we don't have any quality players coming , but the team morale was very low so it's not surprising. Hope a few of thems will prove me wrong ! Hope i will still be here next season to play with them

TECOS FC END OF THE SEASON 2023-2024 We won the closing stage which mean we're going up ! Really surprised about this i didn't expect the team to go up the first year and to do this kind of run , the team has been absolutely fantastic as im not a great coach normally, im still a bit anxious because we don't have have a great team for first division and it will be really hard to not go down and even harder to not be sacked The finances of the club are in a mess too, we losed a lot of money so we couldn't improve the facilities which are not bad but not great either and im afraid too that the club will accept any others in the mercato and i won't be able to contest. Sadly Carlos Arreola, one of my best CB will leave the club as he doesn't want to sign a new contract and it will be a major flaw of my team next season as i don't have any good replacement available But we have a lot of quality going on youth team and it's spread around the pitch so we will try next year to incorporate first regens to the team even if none have the level to be starters, Wish us good luck for next season ! The team and the young intake Coach level in the start of the season / transfers ( one did before i came in the team still trying to sell him he didn't play a match with us )

Joining the challenge too ! Wasn't sure about what i was doing when i choose mexico But it's going well ! VERY WELL , we won the closing stage ( i have no idea what this mean because we will play the opening stage after but ok ) after the playoffs ! Result: The team: the preview of the young intake : The funny part about this save is that my tallest player except goalkeeper is 1.78 m tall so it's a tactical nightmare sometimes due to the fact that we concede nearly all of the goals on set pieces, let's hope we can get the team in good places in the opening stage ! Honestly it is by far the best start i had since i tryed this challenge, mexico feels like a easier country because teams have a very similar players level, good facilities and proper teams, the only downside is they didn't add a u20 championship in 2nd division so it's really hard to young players to get playtime
