  1. Re-flagging this an ongoing bug in the full version of the game
  2. This is still an active issue for me - the clauses do not convert to League Phase.
  3. Top, top players appear on your "realistic" or "interested" list after very short term success. My first issue with this was an Ajax save, where I was able to sign Florian Wirtz for his £93m release clause, having simply won a couple of league titles. We didn't make it far in the Champions League or do anything that Ajax haven't done several times in the last 20 years. I've noticed the likes of Bellingham appearing on my 'realistic' list for pretty average clubs despite playing every game for Real, winning Ballon D'Ors, etc, but have never actually reported it to SI. What's prompted it is my most recent save as Wolves, where I won the Europa League in 2025/26, qualifying for the Champions League. We're having another fantastic season in 26/27 and sit third at the halfway stage. While this is hugely successful, you do not become a "big club" overnight, and we are still only expected to finish in the top half of the Premier League. Irl, most big players would see this as nothing more than temporary overachievement. For example, when Leicester won the Premier League (Ten times what I have achieved with Wolves) they could not suddenly attract some of the biggest names in world football. However, as I approach January, I find Bellingham, Saka and Wirtz interested in joining us. This is not some special context where Arsenal are performing terribly - they're actually above me in the league. I appreciate that being on the realistic/interested list does not mean you can easily sign them (wages will be huge) but for me, it's a bit silly that they would even be remote possibilities despite the success we've had. On a related note, I've also found that it's too easy to sign players who moved to Saudi prior to the start of saves - Laporte, SMS, Neves, Fabinho, Veiga, Ibanez, Kessie, Demiral, Mane, ASM will always leave at the end of their deals (they never appear unhappy) as Saudi do not appear to ever offer new deals. In fact, as Ajax, I signed Laporte on a free and then sold him back to his original Saudi club for £40m 12 months later.
  4. @Pete Sottrel Thanks for the response. I'm not entirely sure what you mean by 'soaking in full detail'
  5. I'm not sure if this is the correct place for this - especially as this is largely an FM23 issue (that appears to have continued on FM24) and it involves a vast amount of data rather than one player specifically. I'm a bit disappointed to see Liverpool are still the walkaway Bayern Munich of the Premier League, as they have been for a few years on FM. I know they won't win it every year on every save for every gamer, but on average, they still seem to win the title at least 90% of the time, whether that's season one or season eight. Man City, despite Haaland and their recent treble, are still losing 10-12 league games and regularly struggle to finish in the top four. Brighton (though I accept the danger of them becoming overpowered based on last season) are almost always in a relegation battle, if not rock bottom, even without losing any of their top players (their highest value sale on my current save, screenshotted, is £350k). More minor instances are a tendency for Arsenal and Spurs to finish 10th or lower. Of course, football is totally unpredictable and, if you were to simulate an identical, real-life Premier League season 100 times, it would end up completely different based on the slightest of margins in only a handful of matches. There's no reason Brighton couldn't have an awful season, or Man City finish 4th if three other teams have a great year. But the consistency with which these teams perform poorly suggests an underlying issue. So I suppose this is a question more than bug report... is De Zerbi underpowered? Are there hidden attributes that make certain managers too weak? Is there something about Man City (perhaps poor starting squad harmony, overestimated language barriers within the team, Pep-ball not translating to the ME) that makes them weaker than they are in reality?
  6. I find this especially buggy when the AI wants a mandatory future fee, often absolutely refusing to loan the player out as they're very keen to get rid. However, if you simply offer an optional future fee of £300m, they will accept it and you get your man with zero intention of activating the clause.
  7. Hundreds of preset transfer clauses are now defunct due to the reformatting of the Champions, Europa and Europa Conference Leagues. Under the category of 'Competition Bonus' in transfer clauses, this applies to: 'Team X will be due £X if Team Y reach the Group Stage of the Competition X". As an example, this applies to the likes of Caicedo, Lavia, Chukwuemeka, Madueke, Mudryk, Palmer and Sanchez for Chelsea, who save around £10m on clauses that cannot be activated on a technicality. This isn't a beta bug per se as this was a minor issue in FM23 too. We've now reached a point where at the game's starting date, it is already impossible to qualify for the traditional 'group stages' in Europe, with season two transitioning to the 'League Phase'.
  8. Not sure if this has already been reported, but this is a pretty bad one. Sam Johnstone running away from the ball to allow Billy Sharp to score (first goal of the PKM). Crystal Palace v Sheffield United.pkm
