Hey guys, I noticed something I don't really think is realistic and should be fixed. The issue I have is that it seems like that other clubs only make offers for players when their transfer window is open. But as we all know, clubs negotiate with other clubs and players months before the official opening of the transfer window and have already agreements in place. This sreenshot shows a player who attracts a lot of interest around the world but the only clubs who make offers are Premier League clubs since their transfer window is open (Ligue 1 is open too) but all other clubs have the "cannot make an offer while the transfer window is closed" reason for not making an offer. But that's kinda unfair and unrealistic, because it seems like La Liga clubs won't make transfers until July 1st (their official transfer window opening date) and most good players will be already transfered by then. As you can see the Premier League clubs only started making offers a day before their transfer window opened. It's a pretty big thing actually as it seems like that the human player can negotiate with other clubs for players outside of the transfer window without any competition because the KI is not allowed to make offers. I looked at all La Liga clubs and no club is in negotiations by June 9th and this is completely unrealistic. The only time I got an offer for an player outside the transfer window was, when I offered a player vie TransferRoom. Would appreciate it, if you could take a look at it, Maybe it's just a save thing as I'm continuing my FM 23 save.
