Quick one on the individual training are you guys doing their additional focus and new traits for them all?

Probably in the wrong section so apologies but I am just a casual player of this game, no where near the levels of most although I have been playing this and championship manager since the great 00-01 version Now I do have very good coaches at my club but I have never ever got involved in the training side of the game Always seems too complicated so leave it to the assistant to lead it and for the last years (in real life) doing it this way I am yet to see hardly and arrows pointing upwards on players attributes. Always pointing down and maybe just maybe the odd one trying to point up but never one stat improved Is there a simple way to train them without being to advanced please guys? cheers

all my preparations are defaulted to my assistant, would I still be best not clicking it mate?

When and what situation do you use them in and do you find they work? May sound dumb cos I know some are obvious like "praise" But I went 2-0 quite quickly and I shouted "encourage" and everyones faces went to sad ones. "Fire up" when I conceded a goal also had the same effect cheers

On the next teams opposition scout report there is always a box you can click to do the above. Do you guys use the suggestion and train as recommended for that match?

Hi all I downloaded the megapack months ago and really struggled to install it and extract it all etc Hoping with some help or simple step by step instructions someone on here may be able to help me? Don't mind re-downloading it either in case that was wrong? FM22 and updated cheers

So on my saves I always see the likes of Man Utd, PSG (obvious one and sure ok) Real Madrid and Liverpool all spending big and signing 90m+ players one after the other from season one I started a save myself with Real Madrid just out of interest and other than selling a lot of players to raise funds my original budgets were never more than £20m a season Some seasons £15m Are these teams paying small upfront fees and then massive instalments and add ons? Man city start with £100m and usually Get around £70m the following year but in season one they sold no players and signed- Haaland, Chiesa, Lautaro Martinez and De Jong Puzzled here because I got bugger all from the board lol
