Had a check with our finances team but they don't believe it's a bug.

FFP runs over a 48 month period and the club is currently in profit of 9.11m for the window. That's why even with the additional loss, you're still within FFP limits.

This doesn't sound like a bug, you should be able to resolve it in your preferences: 

If you click FM > Preferences and then search for "wages" and "currency" you should be able to set them to a format of your liking.

Let me know if you still need a hand
