I think the tooltip description is a leftover from a much, much earlier version. Nowadays the manual description is correct. I remember avoiding this preferred moved for a few years. Now it is fantastic on the right player. -
This is... life changing. Seriously, added up over the years I must have spent literally hours checking which boosts still applied so I could get the most out of match prep sessions.
