Pretty straight-forward issue. I am not able to give my captain a testimonial. When I try to arrange a friendly the option is simply greyed out. He is homegrown and been here for far more than 10 seasons.

Hi Zachary. Is this an issue in general with the Spanish salary cap? I saw a post from last years game - https://community.sigames.com/forums/topic/562743-la-liga-salary-cap-not-keeping-up-with-club-growth/ - where people are talking about Spanish saves being impossible because the salary cap is not calculated properly. Currently managing CD Tenerife myself and beginning to realize my salary cap is also not increasing the way it should be. Is this still an issue in FM23?

Mathias Kvistgaarden is listed as being 187 cm tall. That is very far from the truth. He's a good guy, but not the tallest. Google says 173 cm. Maybe that is also why his speed is not as high as it should be?

I'm afraid the beta is filled with Danish language mixed with English. This is just one example. It's pretty much all over the place.

Hello again. I just wanted to say that I created a new save, with a different club (Dortmund) and I have exactly the same issue. I am not able to upgrade from 4½ stars youth recruitment. Could you please help? It's been months, I would just very much like an update

I'm gonna need some help retrieving my save as I cant find any under /games. Are they somehow hidden per default? EDIT: Never mind, found it. Uploaded under name: "Christian Makne - Fremad Amager save game for SI.fm"

I have been stuck for a decade without being able to reach the last step to 5 star youth recruitment and youth facilitites. As you can see they are only 4½ (and money as you can see is not an issue): However, I dont have the option to ask the board for improvements. Other teams (FC Nordsjælland and FC Midtjylland) have 5 star so it's not a case of needing a higher league reputation or anything like that. I'm not 100 % sure this is a bug, but if it's not, please tell me how to get the option! Here are my board request options (no youth recruitment improvements possible, only "skær ned" = downgrade):
