If remember correct the take over can be turned off before starting a new game - in one of the previos edtitions it was an extra file about boardtakeover that needed to be unmarked , i assume if you can find this file, you will no longer have takeovers in the game

Not as a U21 division, - now they still have the age rules from the previous years.
Plus, in the new U21 division they play each other 4 times and not 2 as is set now.

in the Kupa na BFS the maximum age is 18, but it is played with the U19 team. Now not every U19 player is allowed to play in this cup.

Hi, as mentioned above Netherlands has a U21 competition with U21* teams instead of the B teams in the "reserve divisie"

Vitesse U19 (=U18 as earlier mentioned no more U19 in NL) plays at Sportcomplex papendal, - that is owned by Vitesse and has ligt green seats.
Sportcomplex Papendal is also the training facility.
Same for PSV campus de Herdgang, is also the training facility
FC Utrecht: Sportcomplex Zoudenbalch is where the U18 plays and is the training facility
FC Twente: training and youth at "sportcomplex Diekman"
