I figured I would add an update to this situation. So I left my PC running and went on holiday for 4 games, during this time David Brooks seems to now be happy so I don't know what the AI did while I holidayed 4 games. But they seem to fix my problem (for now) I understand this is still a problem but would update you regarding this.
