I like to use the auto continue feature and go afk for a bit, to make my saves go forward faster. I also like for my head coach to coach the match, but make my own lines.
So if an injury happens and I don't notice it immediately, I often miss the chance of tweaking the lines for next matches.
Therefore my suggestion is: I would like the auto continue to pause whenever there is an injury to a player and you're in charge of the lines. An option to let the coach be in charge of starting goalies would also be nice for longer auto continue stretches (so my starting goalie doesn't start 5-15 matches in a row).
