Can you clarify what you mean by recording? Are you looking at recording gameplay for videos?

Honestly..... pretty poor.
That's got a 10 year old CPU and a very low spec graphics card. To call it a gaming PC is pretty misleading.
This is an extra £50, but you get a better CPU with it: https://www.box.co.uk/11EX003AUK-Lenovo-ThinkCentre-M70s-Intel-Core-i5-8G_4144588.html
I am looking for a desktop or laptop that can handle recording and playing.
Any ideas or advice?

Cheers. I have zero clue about PCs so wasn’t sure.

Can anyone tell me if they have the correct Playoff system implemented on the game for the second tier?

I need a final save for 22. Enjoyed my last save as Arsenal so a premier league side is out.
I’m between a few save ideas and teams.
Porto
Roma
Bilbao
Ajax
AEK Athens
Any other suggestions

Has anyone got a screenshot of Muniain near the start?
I signed him for Liverpool a few versions ago and played him as a poacher.

I had a long Betis saved ruined because of the new salary cap in La liga, there is no way of keeping up with Barcelona and Real Madrid, After winning six la liga in a row and 3 champions leagues my wage budget was still half of Barcelona wage budget and Real Madrid had a budget three times bigger than mine. The Betis board kept giving me a nice wage budget to work with but it never match la liga salary cap. I eventually had to sell my star players since I couldn't afford to give them that contract they wanted and lost interest in the saved, One thing I notice was that even if you sold players or got new sponsorship money the salary cap would stay the same. I hoped they get it fixed for fm23 I had wanted to do a saved with Real Murcia but this bug ruins it.
The salary cap in Spain isn’t a new rule. Just new to FM as far as I’m aware. It’s out me off starting a save in the second division.

Not going to be continuing this save sadly guys.
I honestly just can’t get my head around the registration rules and who counts towards the salary cap and who doesn’t.
I have a new save starting tomorrow so hopefully you follow that story.

Thanks for all the comments.
I am planning on finalising my squad tonight and doing a write up on the squad.0 -

I've always been curious about playing in the MLS but the roster rules seem too convoluted for me, I remember a few editions back I started a save with Minnesota but after the first season I had to release a lot of players because of the salary cap and it was a major bummer
Good luck!
Yeah a lot of the registration rules and drafts take a bit of time to get used to. I’m effectively learning on the job 😂

History
Atlanta United FC were founded in 2014 as an expansion team in the MLS, competing in their inaugural season in 2017. The club play their home games at the mightily impressive Mercedes-Benz Stadium which they sure use of with the NFL Atlanta Falcons. Although the club are young they have had a very impressive start to life by winning the MLS Eastern Conference in 2018, the MLS cup in 2018 and being runners up in the Supporters Shield in 2018.
Stadium
The Mercedes-Benz Stadium holds an impressive 42,500 (Expandable to 71,000, standing room to at least 73,019) - is is regularly expanded as the clubs average attendance is routinely around the 50,000 mark, with the record attendance for the side being 72,548 which they achieved in a regular season match against LA Galaxy.
Competitions and League Format
Atlanta United start the season in three (sort of four) competitions. I will detail each of these here:
Major League Soccer
The main competition in the USA, the MLS is split into an Eastern and Western Conference, the Eastern consisting of 14 teams and the western consisting of 13 teams for this season (from next season each Conference will consist of 14 teams with the inclusion of Charlotte FC).
Each team played 34 matches, including 17 home games and 17 away games. Due to the difference in the number of teams in each conference, each conference had its own schedule construction format.
After the regular season the top 7 in each Conference go into the playoffs, culminating in the best team in each Conference going head to head to win the MLS title.
Supporters Shield
This is the trophy given to the best overall team from the league stage of the MLS, there are no additional games played as this is just an overall table of both Conferences added together.
U.S. Open Cup
This is your typical cup style knockout cup which is open to clubs in a number of different professional leagues across the USA, not just those playing in the MLS.
CONCACAF Champions League
This is the major trophy in North American football, it is a knockout competition consisting of 16 teams from across the continent. This is a tournament that has been absolutely dominated by Mexican clubs with them winning 37 trophies since 1962. This is a tournament in which the USA only have 3 titles to their name, DC United, LA Galaxy and the Seattle Sounders being the only clubs to win the trophy.
ITS TIME FOR US TO MAKE THIS FANBASE PROUD AND TO BECOME THE BIGGEST SIDE IN THE CONTINENT

I hope this works out for you but it'll be a challenge. If you keep the likes of Saka and Ødegaard around long-term they'll be wanting deals close to 200k p/w before long.

Season One - 2021/2022
Transfers
We strengthened in all the key areas I felt that would make us competitive this coming season. Schick and Weigl both had options to buy build into their loan deals. Mingueza was a straight swap deal for Cedric.
Both Elneny and Lacazette would not be getting much game time under me so I decided to cash in while we could.
Other players to leave were Pepe on loan to Manchester United and Thomas Partey to Inter on loan.
Competitions
We are back in Europe again, we were in the hunt for 4th up until the final few games where we dropped the ball with a loss to Watford and a draw with West Ham.
In the league cup we lost 4-3 to Man City on aggregate and in the FA cup we lost to Leeds on penalties in the 5th round.
Squad Stats
Other Notes
I have decided to have a self imposed wage cap. No player can be on over £125,000 a week - there will be an exception for two marquee players. Most contacts will be bonus related in terms of how well the club does.
Tierney was made captain on day one at the club.

I just started a save with AC Milan and I am currently in January and I offered Mbappe a contract and I did give him a 50% sell on clause so whatever I sell him for he will get 50%. I didn't expect him to come to me but he has only gone and accepted the offer.
I am buzzing to have one of the best players in the world come to AC Milan
What an amazing deal! How is your save going?

Everton were founded in 1878 and were one of the founding members of the football league in 1888 and have spent a record 118 seasons in the top flight of English football. In doing so they are one of the most decorated clubs in England having won multiple trophies.
First Division / Premier League (9): 1890–91, 1914–15, 1927–28, 1931–32, 1938–39, 1962–63, 1969–70, 1984–85, 1986–87
FA Cup (5): 1905–06, 1932–33, 1965–66, 1983–84, 1994–95
FA Charity Shield (9): 1928, 1932, 1963, 1970, 1984, 1985, 1986 (shared), 1987, 1995
European Cup Winners Cup (1): 1984-85
Reasons for playing as Everton
They are moving into the new Bramley-Moore 52,888 seater stadium in time for the 2024-25 season. This will help generate a large income from a loyal fan base.
It's a challenge to try and compete with the bigger sides in the league in the first few seasons and local rival Liverpool.
The club in general look a very exciting prospect with a mix of young talent and some older experienced players.
Goals
Short-term:
Qualify for Europe consistently.
Sell out Goodison Park on a regular basis before the move to the new stadium.
Long-term:
Challenge for the league title.
Overtake Liverpool as the most successful team in Merseyside.
I hope you are all looking forward to joining this journey with myself.
