In my personal opinion (PSV supporter):
I'd say Luuk de Jong is a PSV-icon at this point, not just favored personnel.
Joey Veerman has too high aggression (14 --> 10/11). He's not known to be a player who is willing to get stuck in. I'd also say the same about high work rate (15 seems to be way too high for what he has shown in games lately). Guus Til for example displays more work rate, while he is at 14.
Luuk de Jong should have slightly lower jumping reach (from 16 to 14/15), but maybe even up the Heading to 19.
Jerdy Schouten's decision-making should be higher than 13.
Ramalho's composure and positioning should be less than 15.
