I go for attack is better than defence, and this FM is probably the least responsive to defensive changes. There is a guide in OP called mentality matters which goes into detailabout changes that can be made.

Top Brentford tactics should be better when underdog , which will be case when away at a top club, but not Finals.

Currently the PREACHIN 451 HB is a good tactic for away games.

Would you recommend this tactic for a Newcastle save?

The 451 HB is testing well in 22.3. I am using a FM21 tactic atm so don't get hung up on when I make a tactic. One of the best tactics last year was from FM20.
