Glad you mentioned that.  I have a separate bug report on the same issue and pointed out that a replay from the saved match doesn't show it.  To me that suggests it is something that is related to the interaction between the human player and the substitution process and not simply the changing of player (body size, skin colour, hair etc.) needed for a substitution.

Sorry. I'm didn't record which match this was in and don't know the league well enough to identify the opposition from the kit. 

However, what I can say is that from previous experience of this bug, if you replay the match from the pkm and look for the kit swap to happen, you won't see it. The substitutes will appear in the correct kit.  This only happens when you are live playing the game at the point the substitution is made by the player.  This was mentioned in the equivalent FM22 report on this issue.

I'll watch for it to happen again and make sure I take note of when it occurred and supply a pkm next time, though obviously the comment above still stands.

Hi Kyle,  I'm now further into the game and the latest scouting update email has come in as 'list' - probably 4th or 5th email of that type to come through and obviously each previous time I switched from card to list.  Maybe there's some counter in place to determine that you actually have a preference rather than just looking.  Or may be there's something that stops it taking effect immediately.  The "don't override panels' option for the homepage didn't take immediately either.

Anyway, seems to be OK for now.  Will update the thread if it reverts.

[Goalscorer Graphic Issues]

Have seen this a lot - seems to manifest in two ways - 1st goal of the season then a second goal that is also displayed as 1st goal of the season and, as you had, displays the the number of goals - 1 on a first goal of the game and then corrects for a second goal scored by the same player e.g in my last game scored 11th goal of season, but displayed as 10th and then scored 12th, displayed correctly. 

Have seen it appear in Youtube videos as well.

 

[Players have black kits]

This seems related to the invisible kits from FM21 - happens when you make a substitution - players coming on are affected by the bug. In this case black kits.
