The FM24 Youth Academy Challenge

Really wanted a reason to do something different this year in FM and this seems right up my street. I usually play in Finland with IFK Mariehamn, just habit, and build up a team but this looks like a real challenge. I've decided I'd go for Portugal, as there's not many people that've completed it.
