It seems to me that anything using Gyazo (like above) works for me, everything else not

Cisse is a bit of a strange one - not really good enough on the ball at the moment to play as an Inverted Wing Back or even to be repurposed as a CAR(s), but then not good enough in the air to be a CB(d).
Great update and really insightful to hear your detailed thinking about almost every player in your squad, their roles and how you see their development going forward. Cisse is a really interesting case, I appreciate his heading is not ideal but I feel he is worth persisting with as a CB, his 6"2 frame and jumping reach should be able to cover for his lack of ability to actually put direction on his headers. I just can't see him developing to the technical level you require to play full back and his elite personality, natural fitness and two footedness make him someone really worth persisting with for me!

Again, quite a poor showing against a possession hungry side but we are doing that well known thing of winning when not playing particularly well. Sottil, who was quite brilliant all game, netted our only goal but I wanted to take time to consider Marzio Zenga, who didn't have the best game.
Whilst he's been a phenomenon in his first season, there has been two games he's really struggled in, and, coincidentally, both are teams who really have tried to keep the ball, knowing that, in its most basic form, we then cannot get it to him to score:
Personally think you are being a little harsh on Zenga, he scored two goals vs Torino got an 8.3 rating and then proceeded to play only 11 minutes over the next three games, sitting for two whole games on the bench, I would be a little confused!

A great move for you and one which I am really looking forward to seeing how you set up the team.

This is an excellent article about Julian Nagelsmann (which I am sure you have already read!) and how he set the Bayern team up this season, it covers some really interesting topics such as relative width, positionalism and role driven attacks.

We are still in debt, despite the previous sale and these moves as well as agreeing new deals of the same length but cheaper wage and bonus outlays (Berardi: €80k p/w to €62k, Trossard: €64k to €50k and Martinez Quarta: €52k to €35.5k)
Out of interest was this something you asked the DoF with specific wage parameters or was this manually done? Would you consider a move at the end of the season if a job at one of the bigger teams came up, it strikes me as very on brand in Italy to spend shorter amounts of time at clubs so could really fit the narrative.

Just want to say how much I have enjoyed following this series and how it has inspired me to reconsider the way in which I approach playing the game, thank you @_Ben_

I think it would be more realistic for FM to include the option to build a whole new training complex for clubs, rather than slowly working your way through the star system as this isn't really how it happens in real life. For example clubs like Man City and Leicester have recently funded big new training grounds specifically build for there needs. This options is not available in FM, you have to do work your way through the star system with small changes which can take a while, sure sometimes teams do make small upgrades but they also sometimes start afresh. It would be more realistic IMO to include this option in FM, allowing teams which new owners to spend on new facilities and jump a few 'stars' at once, rather than over the course of a few seasons.
