1. Has anyone been able to remove the 'Sign English Players' request from the board as a vision promise? I've been struggling with it and the board are sulking over it, there aren't enough high quality English players to satisfy the request for me in 2025. Do you compromise on talent/quality and just sign token English players for the bench or to develop in the reserves?
 2. Just sold Winks for 20m to Dortmund because he didn't really fit into my system and I have some incredibly strong options in Midfield so he wasn't really getting any games. The second he leaves, he is now considered a 'World-class Midfielder' which seems extremely generous... Has anyone turned Dermi Lusala from the U18's into anything decent? Coaches seem to rate him, so I've given him afew cup appearances, performances have been good but development is slow. Lloris is gone now as well, OL came in with an offer of 37m which is mad for a 34 year old so am replacing him with Donnarumma for 44m
 3. Just finished first season, ended up with a cracking finish to the league where I staggered over the line to win with 85 points, with Liverpool on 84, Man Utd on 80 and Man City on 77. Also won the Champions League final beating Chelsea 2-2 on penalties, with a surprising double from Ndombele! I wasn't expecting either as I did a heavy rebuild to the team and invested in youth, using a 3-2-3-2 Board aren't over the moon about me not signing English talent, next season will focus on that in DMC/MC and maybe upgrade Lloris to Donnarumma On the fence about getting Lo Celso full time, though 35m does seem a good price for him so will likely go for it Transfers Out Eriksen - 75m to PSG Alderweireld - 24m to Inter Vertonghen - 20m to Liverpool Wanyama - 14m to West Ham Aurier - 10m to LOSC Lamela - 30m to OM Sissoko / Moura / Gazzaniga / Vorm on Loan Transfers In - Summer Tonali - 33m Haaland - 30m Aarons - 20m Gasparini - 9m Bella-Kotchap - 7.5m Vagnoman - 4.5m Ivan Martinez - 1.2m Armini - 1m Wague - Loan Transfers In - January Upamecano - 19m Malang Sarr - 12.5m Pellegri - 9m Team GK: Lloris / Gasparini WBL: Rose / Sesegnon / Davies CB: Dier / Konate CB: Sanchez / Sarr / Armini CB: Upamecano / Foyth WBR: Aarons / KWP / Vagnoman DLP: Tonali / Winks / Skipp MC: Alli / Lo Celso MC: Ndombele / Oakley-Boothe ST: Kane / Son ST: Haaland / Parrot
 4. Decent season so far, hopefully I can keep it going. SI Games caught me with their April Fools joke...
 5. End of Season 2 I managed to win the premier league just short of 100 points and devastatingly lost in the CL Semis to a very average Valencia side. GK: Lloris / Donnarumma DL: Tierney / Miranda DC: Rugani / Foyth DC: De Ligt / Sanchez DR: Tripper / Aarons DMC: Dier / Tonali MC: Eriksen / Alli ML: Son / Sergio Gomez MR: Felix / KWP ST: Kane / Lincoln ST: Pellegri / Parrott Squad Players : Plizaari (GK), Milenkovic (CB), Rose (DL/ML), Skipp (DM), Morilla (ML), Samardzic (MC), Silva (ST) --- Trippier averaged around 7.8 for the season and won the league player of the year award. Season 3 Transfers Out - Sold Lloris to OL for 40m, Rose to Inter for 37m, KWP to Brighton 25m, Eggestein to Newcastle 22m, Foyth to Stoke for 25m It was hard selling Lloris, especially as a Model Citizen. But 40m was a good offer for a 32 year old, he was keen to return to France and Donnarumma is a ready made replacement for the first team. Rose/KWP/Foyth were all squad players, I was happy to move them on for decent money. Strangely big teams like Bayern Munich/PSG came in for KWP so no idea why he went off to Brighton! Transfers In - Markovic 2m (CB), Joveljic 3m (ST), Pedrinho 18m (MR), 16yr Regen 6m (GK) I've got 160m to spend, probably going to invest in some world class wingers and build a strong U18 team. I had Asensio lined up for 80m, but Chelsea managed to get him and were willing to pay 300k in wages so I lost out there. Any thoughts where the team could improve, but still allow the youth in the team the time they need to grow?
 6. Playing my first game after the January update, I've used TTF's Gladiator tactic to win the Champions League in the first season and lose by 1 point to Arsenal in the Premier League (absolute nightmare) the primary first squad was:- GK - Lloris DL - Davies DC - Vertonghen/Alderweirald DR - Trippier DMC - Dier MC - Eriksen ML - Pelayo Murillo MR - Lamela ST - Kane/Son Biggest challenges for the season were a lack of cover on the wings and upfront. I eventually promoted Parrott/Jannsen who did a decent job, with Kyle-Walkers Peters filling in for Lamela. Alli was a rotation player, I just couldn't find a good use for him in the tactic. I sold Aurier (15m) Sissoko (20m) and Llorente (1m) and brought in De Ligt (25m) / a range of younger talents to fill in for the main team when fitness became an issue. Transitioning into season 2 now, kicked off with Vertonghen going to Man Utd for 40m (I couldn't reject that for a 32 year old) and Alderweiralds increased buy-out clause of 51m being activated. Lamela went to Barcelona for 40m. Rejected an offer of 150m for Harry Kane. Accepted an offer of 50m for Trippier from PSG, but for some reason he didn't want to leave. A little worried going into the new season with critically bad cover at CB, issues on the wings and a couple of young strikers to rotate learning from Kane. Hopefully I'll be able to beat last season but the amount of change in the squad is worrying for stability, with another 100m left to spend. Any suggestions for some world class ball playing CBs (sub-40m), with the right mentals and personality to mentor the young talent of De Ligt / Sanchez?
 7. Same, I was rejecting bids of £45m for Son in his prime where he was the best ML/MR in the league. I ended up selling him for £20m in the end at 28 as he no longer fit in with my tactics and was starting to sulk at a lack of games
 8. Aha thanks, yeah that is rather sad that I am emulating Arsene Wenger There are just so few improvements out there on the market at mo without paying crazy fees, paying 83m for Pogba and 46m for Romagnoli was painful enough! Is anyone else cursed with meeting Barcelona in the Champions League every season? I've met them every season so far, even after winning my group every time I met them in the First Round 3 seasons in a row... And the only time I got to the Final, they were there... Scoundrels!
 9. Name: Lucas Age: 19 Nationality: French Club: Atletico Madrid Position: DC / DL Value: £1.3m Sale Value: I bought him for £12m in 18/19 Work Permit Needed?: No Quality backup, doesn't complain too much and can stand in and do an ace job for any team at the top level. Here he is in my game at 25 in 2021:- imagur
 10. As a bit of a blast from the Spurs past, I've just signed Dean Marney as a Coach, he's actually not that bad!
 11. It's been a couple of seasons since I did an update so apologies for the monster post, but in 2021 I finally won the Premier League, here have been my results thus far.

Year Premier League Champions League FA Cup Carling Cup

15/16 3rd / 79 PTS / 63F 28A N/A Won against Chelsea 3rd Round (Lost to Arsenal)

16/17 4th / 70 PTS / 62F 36A 1st Round (Lost to Barcelona) 6th Round (Lost to Arsenal) Final (Lost to Man City)

17/18 2nd / 78 PTS / 68F 36A Semi Final (Lost to Leverkusen) 6th Round (Lost to Bournemouth) Won against Leicester

18/19 3rd / 74 PTS / 95F 44A Semi Final (Lost to Real Madrid) Won against Crystal Palace Quarter Final (Lost to Chelsea)

19/20 2nd / 86 PTS / 72F 25A Final (Lost to Barcelona) Won against Hull 3rd Round (Lost to Wolves)

20/21 1st / 86 PTS / 76F 25A Quarter Final (Lost to Real Madrid) 5th Round (Lost to Stoke) Final (Lost to Man Utd)

Since my update in 16/17 I've calmed down a little in the transfer market as I had in a solid foundation of players. Here are my notable in's and out's 17/18 In Passlack 17m - Still a mainstay at right back, legend achieving 7.8 averages over a season. Romagnoli 46m - First of my big buys, still rocking it at the back in 2021 and I don't regret the money spent at all Arango 1m Tripichio 6m Pogba 82m - Similar to Romagnoli, big investment but I don't regret it nor his 300k a week wages as he delivers! 17/18 Out Malcom 55m to Real Madrid Bazoer 50m to PSG Horn 35m to PSG Chadli 20m to West Ham Walker 16m to Liverpool Vertonghen 12m to Man Utd Rose 9m to Liverpool 18/19 In Vrsaljko 7m Lucas 12m Eneko Martin 20m (favourite regen so far, absolute legend, at 20 has 16 heading, 18 marking, 17 tackling, 17 anticipation, 20 decisions, 17 positioning, 15 jumping, 16 pace, 16 acceleration, 18 strength) 18/19 Out Kane 40m to Man City (he was struggling to deliver for a while, so was happy to get some good value out of him) Gomez 26m to West Ham (good but not quite the quality for first team, so was happy with a profit) Tripichio 20m to Bayern Alderweireld 12m to Sunderland (wanted to cash-in before he got too old, but was sad to see the Vice Captain go) CCV 4m to Southampton (decided he was never going to make an impact on the first team, so let him go) Onomah 3m to West Brom (didn't quite have enough talent to keep) N'Jie 3m to Freiburg Glover 250k to Reading (but now valued at 4m, so maybe I missed out on capitalizing on him) Edwards 150k to Reading 19/20 In De Sciglio 23m (a last minute purchase for some quality cover after Vrsaljko threw a tantrum on deadline day) Another 70m on 4-5* regens 19/20 Out Mammana 20m to Juventus Bentaleb 20m to Crystal Palace Vrsaljko 18m to Real Madrid 20/21 In 70m on 4-5* regens 20/21 Out Barbosa 21m to Atletico Nunnely 20m to Atletico Son-Heung Min 20m to Newcastle (a real legend at the club for a couple of seasons, but sulky when out the first team and declining in ability so I had to sell him on while I still could. His wages were at 150k which was just too much for a sulky rotation player, the fans weren't happy when I sold him though as he is regarded as a club icon!) Romero 9m to OM Nouri 8m to Villa Arango 7m to Newcastle Dragowski 6m to Napoli (never fulfilled his potential, possibly needed more games. Really struggling to find good prospect GK's in this years iteration though!) Ould-Chikh 5m to Derby (an absolute steal, but was never going to get games and his contract was running down) This leaves my current team in June 2021 as:- GK: Lloris / de Graaf (Dutch regen) DL: Arteaga (Spanish regen) / Jorge / KWP DC: Romagnoli / Lucas DC: Martin (Spanish regen) / Isik (Turkish regen) DR: Passlack / De Sciglio / Arce (Argentinean regen) DM: Ajer / Griffiths (English regen) MC: Pogba / Alli / Hoek (Dutch regen) MC: Eriksen / Seynaeve (Belgian regen) / Wassal (English regen) AML: Pavon / Ramon (Spanish regen) AMR: Odegaard / Nageli (Swiss regen) ST: Embolo / Cesar (Brazilian regen) So from the original squad I've still got Lloris, Eriksen, Alli and oddly KWP. KWP is a quality tutor with 20 Determination, low wages, never complains about not enough games and always performs when called upon. I've rejected a couple of offers of 10m for him, so in my opinion he is the most valuable of the starting Spurs B team. I'm looking to upgrade on Lloris, but even at 34 I am struggling to find any keepers who can best him despite his ranking of 2* I've got 250m in the transfer budget and 1.5m left in payroll, but I'm not really sure where to invest in to improve. I'd take a world class Half-back or Sweeper Keeper, so I'll see if I can find anyone fitting the bill there.
 12. Bad news, KWP now has the Media Comparison of 'Could be the next Ashley Cole' ... Time to sell him I think!
 13. Hah will do! I fear I may have gotten carried away with the youth players, it makes tutoring a rather limited experience when you only have 5 players in the entire squad over 24 and capable of tutoring!
 14. I've just finished my second season, it was a little disappointing finishing 4th in the league, getting knocked out of Europe by Barcelona in the Quarters, losing the Carling Cup to Man City and only making the Semi's of the FA Cup. In slightly surprising news, I've moved into Wembley! I'm not sure how long we are here for, I assume until New White Hart Lane is built, but I've not seen that mentioned ingame yet. In Bazoer 24m Embolo 15m Odegaard 14m Joe Gomez 14m Mammana 7m Ould-Chikh 2m along with some other talents for the U18's for 2m or less Out Wimmer 12m to PSG Townsend 7m to Fiorentina Davies 7m to Monaco Pritchard 4m to QPR Fazio 3m to Villa Mason 1m to Burnley Yedlin 1m to Watford Winks 1m to Sunderland Velkovic 1m to Southampton The new window hasn't even opened for the third season and the vultures are raiding my flock, thus far I've sold Horn for 35m to PSG, Vertonghen for 12m to Man Utd, Chadli for 15m to West Ham and Rose for 10m to Liverpool. In retaliation I went a little mad and signed Romagnoli for 40m and Passlack for 17m Son has been immense at MR/ML with an average of 8 last season with 28 games, 21 goals and 8 assists. It's been abit of a battle keeping him though and had to reject bids of 30-40m and bouts of sulking. Current squad:- GK Lloris / Dragowski DL Jorge / KWP DC Romagnoli / Gomez DC Alderweireld / Mammana DR Walker / Passlack ML Malcom / Pavon MC Ajer / Bazoer MC Alli / Bentaleb MR Son / Ould-Chikh AMC Eriksen / Odegaard ST Kane / Embolo Other notable squad players include Nouri, Barbosa, Onomah and CCV. KWP, CCV and Onomah have all nearly maxed their potentials and are OK if I hit an injury crisis but never going to hold down a first team berth for a top4 team
 15. I had exactly the same thing with Dier, I decided to sell and haven't regretted it yet as I needed the cash to fund a host of talents all over the team!
