Das Problem ist, dass, wenn du in der MLS spielst und die US Open gewinnst, du im Vereinsprofil unter Erfolge den Pokal nichts siehst, als hättest du ihn nie gewonnen.
Genauso wenn du die Champions League gewinnst oder andere Cups, die halt nichts mit der MLS zu tun haben.

Nur das Verein oben ist kein MLS Verein, aber man sieht den Cup unter den Erfolgen. Was komisch ist. 

Nein, kann man nicht selbst beheben, das muss SI fixen.

This is an Issue for Years now. Apparently they can't find the reason for it, or it has low priority.
But it has something to do with being a MLS team because if view the Profile from New York Greek American SC the record Champion of the US Open Cup you will actually see the Trophy.

@zatinhoTry adding --disable_flip_discard in Steam under start options. Maybe it will work.

Right click on Football Manger 23 in your Steam library -> Properties -> General & add it to the launch options.

Well, the Filters are fixed, but the issue where you can't assign a Scout to a specific Nation is still there. Japan is still missing. 
Or is this a License problem?

For start, take a look here. Secondly, if you have an English Scouter to Scout in Nigeria (if you have load the Nigeria in db); you have to send him "Until Finished", not "Ongoing". Apart from that, here a brief guide about scouting.

It's about Region Scouting. 

[Scouting Knowledge issue]

After seeing this Video - it makes Scouting in places where the League isn't loaded completely useless - which in turn makes Scouting completely useless - kinda sad.
