Now the Swedish sentence make it sound that %team% have to let him do that and not as it should %team" gives him the possibility to do so

 

I suggest changing "borde låta honom göra det" to "låter honom göra det."

In English it's correct, the player (Larsson in this case) is the one that impresses

 

But in Swedish its the coach that impresses according to the headline

now i assume the translater have changed it a bit and that fine but the sentence used is incomplete, a simple fix would be "(Mindre problem) Spelar inte i den bästa rollen, or even better "Spelar inte i sin bästa roll"
