Typically the second / third / fourth manager in a save but also if you start a new game and use the same profile as previously without editing the manager profile

Additionally if you have a player who has not played at all (e.g. a player in the U23 team) and then you sell the player before update day the player gets the previous season's history rather than the next season as should happen

BTW I haven't tried on 2021 but not for nothing I found that if you have installed the fake fixes e.g make Juve be called Juve not Zebra etc this will possibly stop the editor working. I found this when verifying the files it didn't like that those fake files were missing and needed to essentially put them back in place for the files to be verified and the editor to work.

[Parent / Child Issue in Portugal]

Having played around with it further - I think the issue is (at least in part) due to the fact that Division 3 is classified as a standard league not a parent competition. Changing this does allow further editing BUT I don't know the editor's advanced rules well enough to make the required changes (adding the 2 teams as child competitions) doesn't seem to be enough to fix the issue

Also when you go back to basic rules to validate and then change back to advanced it seems to have defaulted which might be part of the issue
