Hi DrazdaCZ, please keep discussion in english. As far as I understood your Cheick Condes ability query....well higher transfer value not immediately means the same ability level.
Condes current ability has been increased significantly since the summer, despite the fact he was newcomer at table bottomed Taborsko in 2nd Division even just a year ago. He is still very young African player (20y) with already reflected pretty nice potenial and therefore I believe he will go way higher once more confirmed in the pitch.

A couple of a question about the Czech leagues as I'm playing there for the first time. I notice the season rollover date (ie the date when the leagues are reset and all) are June 30th, only a couple of weeks before the league games start. This means that most of the pre-season happens at the end of the previous season. Most other countries seems to have it in mid-June, so why the late date for Czechia?
Also my players went on a summer holiday for 2 days, after the final match European playoff final May 31st, and were back June 2nd for pre-season. Now, I know the winter break is much bigger and couple be considered the real break, but it just seems a bit weird to me since I get the whole pre-season team meeting and fitness report and such only a few days after the final match. I don't know how this works in real life, but thought I'd ask in here since i guess the best minds considering Czech football would read in here!
its known issue and already logged.
IRL players are in general at least 2 weeks in rest (holidays) and own pre-season then lasts another 2-3 weeks, while competition launch is expected in mid. July (not relevant when any Covid mess happens as this season competitions started later August and unexpectedly played even this January (as never before))

The 1st division teams play in the 1st round of the cup, the dates are absolutely unrealistic (same as beta), basically nothing has changed from the beta to full version. This is really annoying, since we have to wait for another update to actually be able to play the Czech league...if there is one ever...

you couldnt be more wrong, topics mentioned here are addressed and handled seriously as much as how they can be. It was your query about "scouts to be on full time instead of partime" that was fixed afterall.
Czech FA cup issue as said before is known and logged and believe me it will be fixed adequately.

1st kits are correct, not sure why have you mentioned it.
2nd kits to be corrected, we add kits if club really wore that kit and was really confirmed (hardly based on various e-shops).
3rd kits are sporadic IRL and are so added sporadically (especially when top end clubs are without them).

Its really that small, people just standing around but obsolutely tiny space available. Very strange
It hardly has clear "official capacity" and assume it depends on individual matches organization. It tends more to be 200 rather than to 2500 as wiki says.
Yes they have matches at Evzena Rosickeho (at least) for this season.

Peter Olayinka is also one of the most hard working players in Czech league so his work rate (13) is too low since its one of the best things about him. Abdallah Sima also plays on both wings, not just CF. He was bought from FC MAS Taborsko ( source: https://www.transfermarkt.com/abdallah-sima/profil/spieler/776798 ) .David Zima - His history shows he played 14 games for Sigma Olomouc A team but in fact he did not. He played 3 senior games and 11 games in Sigma Olomouc B team (there seems to be a problem with more players having listed their B team apps as A team apps). He grew into being stable member of first team since the corona crisis and is already considered best young Czech centre back, in the game he shows very low CA. Jan Kuchta was actually bought back from Slovan Liberec, he was bought by Slovan Liberec in winter after a loan but Slavia used buyback clause in summer and brought him back. And I have to definitely agree with user krajcik38, Hložek is definitely the best player in the league since Souček left and probably the biggest talent since Tomáš Rosický, so his in-game attributes should reflect that.

Stanislav Tecl - he has that ability in top form, his unfortunate injury(ies) during that period not allowed him to show that so attribute lowered.

I played for Viktoria Plzeň, which in reality joined the cup in the 3rd round, because they were 2nd in the league last season. But in the game I joined the cup in the 1st round and the draw was Mladá Boleslav, which is also a team from the first league, so I noticed that bugs.2) And about the first league – the dates were really weird. First matchday on 28th August, second Matchday on 30th August, then in other rounds other dates close to each other. Really hectic schedule that doesn't match reality. For help, I send you the dates plan that was released before the beginning of the season (not counting with the one-month long pause because of Covid, but that doesn't matter to the game, thankfully). Of course the dates are set on Saturdays mostly (sometimes Wednesday), but because of TV broadcasts they can be moved to Friday, Sunday or Monday. The dates are in attachment, hope you find them useful.

please dont refer to common non-specific newspaper arcticles. One is interview with former Director from March 2020 and second one a journalist opinion from July 2019.
Based on your table Slavia Prague bought apprx 15 new players where 25% from that were players 25-28years old, but you want Slavia Prague to "sign young promising players for the future" thats some in contradiction.
In case of Sparta Prague your asks "young with great potential. If older, they're CZ players returning back from abroad" however we cannot differentiate transfer targets between Czechs and just all foreigners in abroad but can between Czechs and other specific nationality (so you would need to specify which nation you want to participate more than others in transfer policy).
I may to increase little both clubs ambition to sign ie U23 players for the first team, however its not that easy as you might think as simulated transfer market depends on many other aspects (ie database size you selected to play with, transfer windows etc).

Fundamental to simulate accurately competitive B team matches is respective playable league level, which we would love to see, however as you might know it depends on many other aspects. Even comparable nations are represented within the game with top two division levels only afterall.

B teams participated in Czech Second Divison sporadically during past decade IRL. That limited occurance was not even due to introduced U21 league (which is extinct anyway). Table you have shown with three B teams together is very very old (maybe 15-16 years back) but I agree with in-game B team promotion while some B team can be promoted to Czech Second Division IRL.

as mentioned above we've made some amendments for the final release. COVID has been factored in when it comes to transfer values as the reality is that prices for players have reduced (for certain level players). You might be suprised that values will not stay always same anyway (2020/21 vs 2021/22 simulated season).

Lukas Julis unfortunatelly suffered serious injuries (and personal issues?) during several past seasons, but seems he overcomed that. That Celtic hattrick was awesome. He is a good striker and should be first, second or third choice for Vaclav Kotal (alongside Adam Hlozek and Libor Kozak). The game already reflects that.

Miroslav Jedlicka is assigned as a coach with low coaching abilities. "Squad chief" (or caretaker manager) is mostly vital part of team management and often presented on bench area during matches. Often its job done by former players.
