I agree with OP. Underdog teams have way too much possession and pass completion ratio. Especially against 3 Defender sides it's impossible to win the possession game even as much bigger team. I fixed that by somehow creating an so far invincible 3-2-2-3 myself. The pass completion ratio is glaringly broken. I usually see % around 90%, rarely below 85% and almost never below 80% even against lower league sides in cup matches resulting in high possession. For me it feels like there's something wrong with the waste time TI.

I experienced something similar but didn't think much of it. A game against Real Madrid and they scored 6 goals with 6 shots mostly from afar. xG of Madrid was 1.2. It seemed my goalie "took a knock" which turned into a yellow light injury after the game. I appreciate that with the new ME there's seem to be more goals from different angles from inside and outside the box but it feels there's something wrong with the goalies.
