Some people spend time on holiday in their save. My friends and i play a network save and holiday each other to the next gameday or if a couple of us are playing we will holiday those who are inactive. Even when i play solo i holiday past the monotony of midweeks without games. It is so frustrating when big decisions or conversations dont bring you off of holiday. There should be options on the holiday screen to "bring me back from holiday if: squad registration, transfer offer in/out, job offer, national team selection, player wants conversation, board want conversation" big moments basically, cause inevitably the player gets ignored and upset, you get sacked cause you didnt show up to board meeting, miss squad registration and players not registered etc. Also around national team selection just pick who was there last time, replace those who are injured, instead now i missed squad announcement and have a new national team squad with players i dont like/want
