It's not the league that's the issue as that's fine but the manager isn't organising friendlies. Same thing happened when fm23 was released -

My manager will not organise any under 21 fixtures even though it is set for him to organise one every week. My under 21s aren't in a league so that means they're playing any games -
I have it set as organise a fixture every week but my under 21 manager doesn't organise one

I have to change my zoom to 95% otherwise I can't see the goalkeeper shot stopping stat and there's no option to scroll to see it
