  1. Undy Athletic 2027/28 Season 4 Finances|Transfers|Manager Profile After surviving season 1 we face our second season in the Top Division in Wales. JD Cyrmu Welsh Premier League Nathaniel MG League Cup JD Welsh Cup U19 League Awards Best 11 of the Season/Overall Best 11 Tagged Player Updates 2028 Youth Intake Season Final Thoughts Wrap Up Screenshots This was more like how I had envisioned season 1 in the WPL would go, a scrap to the end of the season. Well luckily we survived this one and I think we've put ourselves in abetter position following this season. We'll have one legacy player in our starting lineup (if that) and hopefully we can push forward to be a little farther clear of relegation. At this point I think we're in for a long slog of trying to build up funds, and for right now our best avenue to that has been getting lucky in the Cup, but we're talking such low amounts that I don't think they're worth much. Europe seems lightyears away but qualification for that has to be the next goal, however long that takes. Of course we could end up relegated next season, who knows.

  3. I am currently managing the 6th place team in the Welsh Premier League. The league splits after 22 games and only the bottom 6 teams after that split are eligible to be relegated. My team is currently in the Championship Conference as opposed to the Playoff Conference which has the bottom 6 teams. I got an email in my Inbox titled "Relegation scrap approaches final battle". Which lists 8 teams as fighting to survive relegation. The 6 teams in the playoff conference and 2 teams in the championship conference in 5th and 6th. Given that the 2 teams in the Championship conference literally can not be relegated, I think this email should not include the 2 teams in the Championship conference.

  6. Also my backup GK is my 3rd choice striker who has a GK rating of 6
  7. Undy Athletic Wales Decided to take over Undy in the JD Cymru South The squad is actually quite larger than I was expecting although most are filler that I'd hope to be immediately replacing with any new youth prospects. 3 players graduated the academy at the club in the year 0 in tier 3 One of my best players already, probably gonna start with him on the left side but the versatility is nice where I could play him through the middle anywhere from CM to ST if need be. Another one immediately for the first team. Like the fairly professional and seems to be good room to grow. Nearly missed this one in my U19s, but I think there's some things to like about this guy. like some of his mentals for sure. Laughable that he's apparently able to play CB as well, that will not be happening. We're picked to finish 15th, but surely we can get ourselves at least up to 13th, that's only 2 spots. Well, hopefully we get to a season 1 review with this one, fingers crossed.
  8. Romania So I lost an amount of games in a row that led me to be straight up fired from this one, I kind of deleted my save files out of rage so I don't have pics or anything, but this is over. I spun the wheel again, off to Wales, hopefully being back in Britain sorts me out.
  9. Romania So I picked this club Şoimii Lipova, because it looks like Romania is the France type where you can't actually play in the lowest division in the game (correct me if I'm wrong, but it was greyed out). So I've picked a team that was promoted into the Liga II in Romania from the Liga III after this past season, which I believe is SOP in these situations. New Manager Profile Some other general Info about the club And it looks like there was a Year 0 intake I'll be looking at and tagging some of, probably not all of them, but we'll see. Excited to get started.
  10. Berwick Rangers Update So my computer died and I had been slacking in backing up my save files for 2024, so that's dead. But onwards and upwards, time to move forward and all that. Nothing really was speaking to me, so I decided to put what I think are all of the eligible countries not in South America (since I completed there last year) and spin the wheel as it were, and we almost were back in Scotland, but looks like we're going to Romania.
  11. Berwick Rangers Season 2 Summary Transfers||Finances Around December we were Top of the Table. Of course then in the 2nd half we forgot how to play defense and things feel apart. Still a solid season as we were able to get a lot of our youth better integrated to our team and there were definite improvements over our season 1 performance. Some of our best performers are set to leave this summer so building that base for next season is crucial. Competitions Honors Youth intake 2026 Tagged Prospect Updates 2024 2025 Hopefully we can push on like we did this season and keep improving, maybe contend for that 4th place area that comes with a playoff spot.
  12. With my intake, I don't think the game registered that any players had been generated. Notice the 0s at every position.
  13. Berwick Rangers Season 1 Summary Transfers || Finances After I left you at the halfway point of the season, in 4th place, actually in the playoffs, feeling good. Things kind of imploded. We were far enough off the bottom that we missed the relegation playoff, but in the 2nd half we had a stretch where we lost 9 of 10 games in the league and I will admit I was looking over my shoulder for the board meeting to put my job in jeopardy. It never materialized and we survived. Competitions Honors Youth Intake 2025 Tagged Prospects I was bored so I put together a Nationalities and Languages table for my regens.
  14. I was planning on taking the 1st team that popped up in Scotland to start, but it being Berwick does raise a fun possibility that could be interesting to achieve beyond the scope of the challenge (becoming the best English club in the world while playing in the Scottish League system), but obviously I wouldn't want to get too far in front of myself. The challenge is a beast in and of itself.
  15. Berwick Rangers Season 1 Midseason Update Normally I would do these at the end of every season but I think that showing the squad, the year 0 youth prospects and such could be nice. We're currently 4th in the league, and looking fairly comfortable to miss the relegation playoff and possibly in good position to make the promotion playoff. We've been knocked out in 2 of our 3 cups, with us through to the 4th round in the Scottish Cup. Squad Our first choice goalkeeper is injured again as you can see. The squad is solid and young, even beyond our tagged youth prospects. The midfield is quite strong, the strikers have tended to be awful and the defense is thin and has held their own but not been spectacular. Alex Harris has been moved to training and playing at Central Attacking Midfield, and has paid us back with great play, adding 15 goals and 7 assists to be the best player on the team In club news we've gotten the Junior coaching budget increased. Youth Prospects In the year 0 intake we had 7 regens and they have all been tagged. One of two strikers from the intake, has gotten less playing time than the other but with how worrisome our striker play has been he's been getting his chances in the lineup as we try to find a number one striker. As mentioned above this is our other tagged Striker we've been putting into our rotation. He's also played at other positions because of his versatility. He has shown some flashes of potential but as can be expected hasn't been great while playing. As our 3rd choice center back he's been getting pretty regular playing time off the bench and has even come through to score 3 goals for us (all on corners) while being one of two players to hold an average rating greater than 7 in our team halfway through the season. (Also I somehow missed on taking a screenshot of him at the start of the season, instead filing a second picture of 24b in my folder as 24c) He's played a little because of goalkeeper injuries. Not well and I'm happy to have him on the bench or as far away from the field as possible for now. Has barely played as wide midfielders are probably the strongest area of our team. I have retrained him to be able to play at Right Mid Another one who hasn't really played as once again the midfield is strong and tends to sort itself out without needing any tagged prospects playing in it. If injuries happened in the midfield he could see his playing time increase dramatically. I've trained him to be playing at Right back and he has made a couple of appearances off the bench in said position. With only one true right back in the squad above him, he may end up getting opportunities in the 2nd half. And we got our preview for the upcoming Youth Candidates
  16. 7 matches in and I'm down to my 3rd (last) choice keeper, am I super unlucky or are Goalkeepers more injury prone this year?
  17. Berwick Rangers I decided to start the year off in Scotland, or I guess England in Scotland. Has anyone else noticed that you can't see the previous years intake on the transfers screen anymore? I can see that players generated at the club last year and so I'm gonna tag them but they don't show up under the youth tab anymore, is this a bug?
  18. Associação Ferroviária de Esportes (2027 Season Update) Basically all of my failed tagged players under contract got sent down to the America de Natal Farm so they don't steal minutes from my actual promising tagged players. 19. Associação Ferroviária de Esportes (2026 Season Update) Leagues and Cups Brazilian Super Cup São Paulo State Brazilian Cup Brazilian First Division Copa Libertadores Youth intake Tagged Players Update I don't know how much longer this save will go, since we have just the league portion left before it would be finished. There are some cracks in the squad that are starting to form, specifically certain players getting older and not having good replacements below them. And we are very susceptible to injury. A combination of injury and decline can prove to take an important player for the club and drop them to a level where they probably aren't worth playing anymore. On the positive front we are cash rich, the facilities have been majorly improved and we've started a link with a feeder team to possibly send some players on loan in the future.
  20. Associação Ferroviária de Esportes (2025 Season Update) Leagues and Cups São Paulo State Brazilian First Division Brazilian Cup Youth Intake Squads Tagged Player Updates Farewell To Hygor, our top goalscorer in the Third and Second division, he got injured this season and fell off a cliff but still wanted to be our star player when I tried to renew his contract. To Rafael Costa, our best Set Piece taker and Central midfield rock in the 3rd division, who destroyed his knee and was never the same again To Luis Gustavo, our reliable backup Attacking Left Midfielder, who was always there to spell Julio Vitor when he was injured or fatigued.
  21. Associação Ferroviária de Esportes (2024 Season Update) Brazil 2nd Division Table São Paulo State Table Brazil Cup Transfers I know it's been a long while since I updated on this Youth Challenge, but I remembered that I still had this and came back to it recently to try season 2 and uh, well we stomped the Brazil 2nd Division, not sure how else to put this but we won going away and are going up to the top flight after back to back promotions. Now I'm not too sure of how well we'll end up doing in Division 1, there's 4 relegation spots and it looks like you need to get around 40 points to have a reasonable shot at staying up. We're still playing the same tactic as before (a hybrid Gegenpress Tiki-Taka). I'm actually more optimistic because the players currently in my starting 11, while not all First Divsion standard (a few have progressed to that level according to my coaches), have done well in our games against First Division sides in the cup and the state league. If we can stay healthy hopefully we can stay up next year, as usual depth is a huge problem for us, and our Central Attacking Midfielder is leaving on a free transfer in January. Brazilian 2nd Division TOTS Brazilian 2nd Division POTY Brazil 2nd Division COTY Youth Intake I ended up forgetting to take a snap of the actual intake screen, but it was decent, and I signed these 7 plus another 2 who are out on loan now ion January 2025 so I couldn't figure out how to get them on the screen for this picture, my worry is that the intake was attack heavy and that's already the strength of the team. Tagged players were as follows Paulino 24A Felipe 24B Clodoaldo 24C Nando 24D Fabinho 24E Marco Aurelio 24F Wladyerisson 24G Silas 24H Mauricio Campos 24I As I said above it is worrying to me that I'm not really getting too many Defensive players coming up in my youth ranks, and the ones I did get this year are at the lower end of my talent ranks. I might end up trying to offer contracts to more lower end defensive players in upcoming intakes if this becomes a trend instead of a blip. Tagged Player Updates Genario 22A He doesn't seem to be growing any taller, so I've been trying to train him to a Wide Back/Defensive Midfield position instead, it's worrying to me that he doesn't seem to have made any progress in the year, but he'll be extended since he's one of our few defensive prospects in our youth system, especially if he represents wide defenders, and giving up on one of those seems foolish Valnei 22B Our first Tagged player to get game time with the Senior Team, almost exclusively off the bench. He's going to be our 4th Choice Center Back next season, so I expect the game time to only go up for what is going to be a very packed fixture list next season. Nice to see improvements, mostly on the physical and mental sides. Sergio Luiz 22C Had a good year in the youth division, progressing fairly nicely, could see some time at the end of our twelve man bench but more likely to either to stay in the youth and reserve teams for now as our first team is fairly well filled out in the positions that he plays in, if he progresses well anything is on the table. Marcus Vinicius 23A Doing some okay growth, not much to say on this front and hopefully can continue into his potential Marcos Antonio 23B Very pleased with this prospect. Across the board he has improved in a very real way and looks to be poised to force his way into our Central Mid rotation, especially if he continues to grow at this sort of rate. Eduardo Henrique 23C If anything he appears to have declined in the past year, but as a GK, he's basically our 3rd Choice at this point and wouldn't be needed unless something went very wrong. Adeilson 23D Great growth from Adeilson, seems to have improved across the board and could end up on the fringes of our sub bench for the upcoming season. Central Attacking Mid is kind of a weird position for us in the upcoming season as it seems like our best players in those positions will be wide attacking players filling in and not naturals, so his versatility and ability at CAM might give him limited playing time on the senior team. Carlos Henrique 23E Hasn't grown too much from last year, hopefully with more focus on his aerial game, we can get him developing in a better way for someone who is one of our better central defense prospects in our system at the moment. Douglas 23F Nice to see his physicals improving, not much else going on here. Jefferson Luis 22G If I had to give an award for most improved prospect it's probably him, just across the board growth in almost all areas, could possibly end up pushing for those end of the bench spots although he's probably good to be in the reserve or youth side, or possibly going out for another loan spell. Guilherme Machado 23H Excited about this guy physically, I think he's really improved there, hopefully his technicals can work their way up as well, but nothing wrong with having a 6' 5" center back in the fold. Marcus Vinicius 23I Still super physically gifted, still hoping the rest of him can catch up. Lucas 23J Sent him on loan hoping it would jump start something, but not much to write home about for now.
  22. Associação Ferroviária de Esportes (2023 Season Update) Brazilian 3rd Division Final Table Brazilian 3rd Division Group Stage Brazilian Division 3 Final São Paulo State Table São Paulo Group Stage São Paulo Knockouts Transfers Squad Main Tactic So, uh went up as 3rd Division champions and it wasn't particularly close? I know I said my team was somewhat stacked in my intro post, but I wasn't expecting Champions of the 3rd Division stacked. Now promotion wasn't really ever in doubt, but after going down in the First Leg of the Final, the team fought back away from home and secured the title in the second leg. We also performed very well in the SP State season, although the odd structure of the State championship meant we nearly missed the knockout stage despite being 5th in the overall league table. Nervous for a season in the 2nd Division as I'm not sure how well my team will stack up given the increased fixture list, especially given that I only regularly used 16 players this year really, and the fact that the place in my squad with the least depth is defense, but we'll cross that bridge when we come to it. Our Standout performers on the year were: Hygor Our top goalscorer this season, he played at the top of our 4-2-3-1 Vertical Tiki Taka. Was absolutely smashing in the goals before injuries forced him to move to Right Attacking Mid at the end of the season. He won the 3rd Division Top Goalscorer and 3rd Division Player of the year awards, as well as making the 3rd Division Team of the Year. One of our players currently considered Division 2 standard, hopefully he can contribute as much in our second season. Thiago Reis Another one of our players who made the Team of the Year, although I was slightly surprised by his inclusion. He seemed solid but unspectacular this season, but maybe I underrated his performance because he was not exactly lighting up the goal sheet. Júlio Vítor Our top Assister on the season, Julio played mostly on the Left Attacking side but also sometimes filled in the Central and Right Attacking spaces. Good at cutting in and overloading the defense as one of our younger first team players at 22, hopefully has lots of room to grow and be an important part of the team moving into the future. Rafael Costa Our best performing Central Midfielder on the season, suffered Damaged Cruciate Ligaments in the 3rd Division Final and is out for about 10 months, at age 32 it's possible he doesn't ever feature in the team again unfortunately, although he is here another two years. Luckily for us Central Midfield is one place on the team where there is some quality depth so he can be replaced more easily than if someone in another position had gone down. Jeferson Our best defender, was struggling to start the season because I had to play him a Left Back and he wasn't comfortable with the role, but he was able to work his way into it and play much better once the third division season started and he became better on that side. Our third inclusion on the team of the year and possibly the best and most important player on the team. Caio Vinícius Our more defensive central midfielder, spotlighting him because he is the youngest player on the team who gets regular playing time, and with Costa's injury will be more of a regular starter, since I was working with Costa starting most games and Caio rotating with another midfielder, although Caio was starting more games by the end of the season as they were the better player and solidified their role in the team by then. Caio And finally our goalkeeper Caio, probably wouldn't have even put him in here, but he did end up making the 3rd Division Team of the Year as our 4th member (and I suspect we could have had more but the TOTY didn't have any wide midfielders on it. Solid goalkeeping for the year, not much else to say about him. Youth Intake I think the youth intake went fairly well, we signed ten of them and I decided to just tag all of the ones that we signed, along with finally making a decision to tag 3 players from the intake that happened the season before I joined the club. 2022 Tagged Players Genário (22a) Valnei (22b) Sérgio Luiz (22c) 2023 Tagged Players Marcus Vínicius (23a) Marcos Antōnio (23b) Eduardo Henrique (23c) Adeilson (23d) Carlos Henrique (23e) Douglas (23f) Jefferson Luís (23g) Guilherme Machado (23h) Marcus Vínicius (23i) Lucas (23j) Because I have a full squad I don't have expectations on any of these players to see the field in the 2024 season, other than Valnei (22b), I think he'll be part of the Center Back rotation, we have two set in stone center backs and Valnei definitely could challenge to be the 3rd or 4th choice center back, especially with our current 3rd and 4th choice center backs being on the decline at older ages.
  23. Associação Ferroviária de Esportes Manager Profile First Team Reserves Youth Team Transfers Facilities Youth Intake 2022 I've tried this challenge a few times before but have fallen off quickly for various reasons, but hopefully this time is different. Starting with Ferroviária, who participate in the Sao Paolo State Championship and were promoted to the Brazil Serie C. Team seems kinda stacked on first glance, for reference there is a 4.5 CA/PA player on loan to a first division squad who grades out as a First Division player (not that I think we'll ever get him back) so you can judge my other players' star rating based off that. Media predicts us to finish 6th, which would put us in the promotion playoff. There was a youth intake in 2022 that I've linked to, but I haven't decided whether I will tag any of the players, there are some okay ones but no standouts at first glance, might make that decision when I see how my first intake in charge goes. Don't know if anyone's done Brazil yet this year, but the rollover was on January 2nd 2023.
