After failing to move on a lot of players in the first transfer window, it's been a bit better this time around:
Murphy (£4.5m), S.Longstaff (10m), Almiron (30m), Lewis (22.5m), Darlow (loan), Fraser (15.25m), Schär (free), Joelinton (4.7m), Shelvey (2.8m) and Hendrick (7.5k lol) all moving on. Good to be rid of most of my wingers as I'm no longer playing with any. Hopefully someone comes in for the other Longstaff. I'd like to move on ASM as well as he doesn't fit my tactics, but I'll use him as a backup AM/ST if not.
New incomings:
Kondogbia (1.1m), Javi Galan (43m), Gianluca Mancini (30m), Esposito (11m), Musiala (75m) and Dest (27.5m).
Didn't really need a Kondogbia type player, but it was too good of a deal to turn down. Will probably flip for a profit next season as I want a DLP there, preferably one who can take set-pieces (open for suggestions here).
That's a little low for me. I played S.Longstaff in the first team regularly in my first season and managed to offload him for 35m at the end of the season. Fraser for 31m as well. Norwich stayed up and threw 15m at Shelvey too who I sent out on loan during the first season.
At the end of the first, buy Yusuf Demir before Barcelona can activate his clause, you can get him at 7.5m-8.5m which is a steal. You will be able to launch a bid a few weeks into EPL transfer window and Barcelona wouldnt have the money to activate his clause yet (:
Also during the first season, if you can wait 'till Jan to buy Sule, you can get him at 10-12m only but still a great first window signing. I spent most of my budget (79m) in the first season on Ruben Neves and best buy for me during first season definitely had to be Isak (45m), finished top goal scorer in the league. Adarabioyo from Fulham is also worth looking at, got him less than 20m first season and sold him to Inter for 30m end of season.

Nvm after a few days, they solved the issue themselves, guess it took them a week to figure out UCL is better than Europa. But if there was a bid in between I would imagine there would be problems haha.

you can unsettle him first. i realise in this version of fm21, the "declare top target transfer" followed by getting your players to speak to media to get the top target to join is very OP. Just get 2-3 high rep players to talk to him via the media and he will almost 100% not sign a new contract. AI managed to do that to me to for a couple of players. One even said he's not interested to join during the first declaration, but after Neymar and co. speak to media every few weeks, he suddenly wants to leave desperately lmao

i have a player whose potential ability is 168 in the database, and peak pa is 155. In current game, his current ability has risen to 158 and in coach reports it says "he doesnt think he will improve in the future".
So I'm guessing peak potential ability is the natural peak by playing regularly, while actual potential ability can only be achieved with good form after they reached this peak pa maybe? I'm not sure but just a hunch

Edit: Sorry dude, I realised the fixture files were downloaded from a third-party site, i think that's where the above guy got his from too as well :X

That's because the creator looked at the 2019 calendar for 2020 fixtures, so after January the dates are around 2 days off

Just reached Jan in my first season and Lukaku is a monster. He has scored 31 goals in the league from 17 games, 41 competitive goals overall and won the Ballon d'Or, fifa best player and fifpro player of the year awards. I kept my scout on Mbappe for almost the entire season and he just accepted my contract in Jan. Surprisingly, there was no competition. Gonna run him on the left wing to support the Lukaku goal machine lol. Werner is quite OP too, he's gotten 24 goals but most of time is in cup competitions.
Remember to sign Demir at end of first season, you can get him for 10mil or less before Barca can activate his 8.5m clause since they have no money.
Just look at those stats lol
