in game bottom screen unable to change a player

I precise, bug only happens during the half time. When the game is running, I can apply player changes, instructions changes ... -
During a game, since last update, we are not able to click on a player to replace it or change instructions. Red area in my screenshot. When we click on a player, nothing appears. Playing on Mac.
