Hi @Zachary Whytehave the same problem. Clearing Cache and Preferences does not help. I included the save game prior to the error (TEST.FM on your cloud service: https://oc.sigames.com/owncloud/index.php/s/Kzvhd0MdU3v4Nv4 ). If you go on holiday around the 20.06.20.xx (when a new season is generated) you will see that the "Staff Reponsiblility" Table becomes completley broken like listed. The U Team & B Team are not associated anymore to the parent team. This bug is game breaking so far and need to be resolved before the final launch. P.S.: My game is a converted FM2023 Save.

Same happens to me. The Bug occurs after the Second Season is processed (around 20.06.20xx) like in your screenshot. It seems that the Uxx Team & B Team are not associated to the parent team anymore which triggers a lot of issues like under "Staff Advise" the Youth Development will also disappear. P.S. I am using a FM2023 converted Save don't know if this issue is only related to them.
