My Benidorm side recently won the Federation Cup. The board then decide that I'm not important and hand out all the money to the players:
Bear in mind that this is the European Championship semi-final, where defending is meant to be top-notch. So what's wrong with this picture?
Oh, besides the fact that it's actually my striker taking the throw-in; the fact Scotland actually made it to the semi-finals and that it wasn't actually the number 14 that eventually scored.

Omg 20 in natural fitness?!?!? and in superb condition. I'd love to see him play many people have eye problems by that age.
With a Stamina value of 1, though, he wouldn't last a single game, ironically.

Brotherly love
Imagine if Phil Neville tried to wind up Gary Neville (or vice-versa)...

Are Scotland supposed to be that good at football?
The Argentina game was hilarious. 6-3 at half-time, and despite the Argentinians having the better second-half, defensive mistakes from set-pieces allowed Scotland to thrash Argentina 9-3.
The Sweden game was just shocking. Sweden, missing their not-so-influential captain but easily their best player, were just disgraceful against a Scotland side who were allowed to run circles around Sweden.

I was sort of hoping for at least one player to be sent off
Fouling is clearly a good idea!

Reminds me of my Henri Saivet-powered Under-18s... Went unbeaten for the whole season... Until Liverpool came along.
Had something like 140 goals scored, 20 conceded, with Henri Saivet scoring nearly half that amount.

Indeed, only 14 shots despite going down to 7 men...

What you reckon? 5 more years?
Gary Neville scored a goal?!
10 more years!

How to not get the point...
Not turning up to training two days in a row! Time to offload him, I think.

Poor Mexicans:
The Swedes didn't have it much better:
Injuries are fixed in this game, obviously...

You're sceptical . . .

It's confirmed - the Galaxy are simply paying Beckham to stand still and sell shirts.
After all, it's about all he can do!

Apparently, it's odd that I'm watching my 2 Italian players and 2 Scottish players:
Love the comment about me wasting the FA's budget, though!
And this took the concept of "super-keepers" to a whole new level:
Before anyone says, "It's your tactics", I've used this tactic against the majority of teams with minor tweaks per opposition with good results. Yes, I won that many corners and yes, Pepe won that many headers (near post). Yes, Pepe is 36 there but I didn't want to tire my best centre-backs against poor opposition. Yes, one of my players made 10 key passes (he's a central midfielder).
I hit the post once and my young striker (Scott Willis) missed two sitters in injury-time, although he did infinitely better than my older striker (Laurentiu Miselaricu) - don't let those statistics deceive you!
Watching the match again, it was unbelievable, my domination - I told my right-back (Erwan Marveaux) to play at wing-back with a backwards arrow and an all-out mentality such was the one-sidedness - and I had a feeling I would lose it on penalties.

Could be an awesome ball-boy.

Tomas Kuszczak works well with Ben Foster, apparently, even though they're both goalkeepers.
I suspect it means Kuszczak is Foster's best bench buddy...
Gerrard puts in a masterclass at Anfield:

Nonsense, it's Emile Heskey's fault.
