Taken over as National Team manager of Vanuatu, but don't seem able to also take charge of the youth sides. I know this used to be possible, but it doesn't appear easy to set up here. I have removed all other managers in the setup so it isn't like I am blocked by some other staff. What am i missing?

I'm managing multiple teams, one St Pauli in the Bundesliga 2, the other/s both in fictional lowers teams I've made under the Australia umbrella. I'll play a game as St Pauli, finish it, then it send me to the selection screen of the Australian teams for their game. I'll pick the side and click go to match and it won't let me. I can manually go back into the St Pauli game and get out of it, but no matter what i do the only way i can proceed through the Aussie game is to either go on holiday (which sucks) or reload, play the st Pauli game then click simulate game for the aussie game (which only works if i do that before i try to play the game myself).
