@Kyle Brown I have uploaded a save file (Milan 3) in the Cloud Service. The game is at the end of December, so the Group Stage is over, but I have some file with earlier dates if needed. 

In this savegame, e.g. in Group D of Champions League 1st and 2nd place are not correct.

Same problem in my save (in Champions League) even with the full release. The away goal rule still counts in "matches between teams". Basically, in the game there is still the old tiebreaker.
