The original system is first league with 14 teams (4 relegated) and second league with two groups (A and B) with 10 teams each and 2 promotions and 3 relegation places - tried this for FM22 but could not handle to implement it after the first season with the "new" system to return to the "normal" pre civil war one

These would be my suggestions: TOP: Algeria, Egypt, Tunisia and Morocco. Developing/Interesting/academies: Nigeria, Senegal, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Congo DPR, Angola, Zambia. Other maybe: Ethiopia, Kenya.

[Awards animations]

Could you add animations during awards delivering at the end of season? E.G. Best player of X Country, best manager and so on, both default and those added via pre-game editor?

[Restyling]

I think Restyling of stadia before great final events (Gold Cup, EU Championship, African Cup...) would be a great idea.

Example: Croatia+Hungary will host next EU finals: so,e.g., stadia could have better capacity, or be improved anyway.

[Invasion of pitch]

Could you add Invasion of pitch by fans after winning a trophy?

[Booking of bench]

Please, add also, in some case, booking/sending off members of bench, both players and staff members (in very rare cases).

[Pitch]

Please, add also the mowing of the playing field, e.g. stripes, circles and so on. Thanks.

[Speakers]

During subs, please add animations and speakers, thanks.

Before subs, show stretching of subs near benches.

 

[Added time]

Please, around 90th min add also the man showing the number of extra min to play, thank you.

[Shirt]

Scoring goals add the chance, for the player, to start taking off his shirt. Thanks.

[Animations on icy field.]

Please, with icy field add animations with slips and reduced balance, thanks.

[Cool break/High altitude]

Please could you introduce also some cool breaks in case of high temperature?

And also, adding respiratory distress playing last phases of a match at high altitude (Bolivia, Ecuador, Nepal, Bhutan) would be a great idea.

 

[Cramps]

Please, in the pitch add also animations help between players in case of cramps.

Please show the joy of team after a pen saved by keeper, thanks.

I mean a pen kicked during the match, not 5 a.e.t.

[Extended VAR]

Please apply VAR also to degree of fouls, if it's  a case of yellow booking or red.

[Pre-game filter]

Please add a "Nation" filter to "find" option about derbies. Thanks.

[Setting the stadium]

Via pre game editor, the possibility to set the stadium also without knowledge of some data  (e.g.  setting anyway if grass, sythetic and so on). Often during a research it's not possible to have all data, sometimes only a picure can be found. At least, a certain degree of accuracy could be achieved.

E.g. scouting Algeria I met a lot of UNKNOWN stadia but surely with artificial turf. At least we could play the game with artificial turf.

Option 1 every 5 to years there is a vote by Managers/Board to bring in VAR to the top league in that nation

 

Option 2 (Northern Ireland based) currently there is 4 out of the current 12 team league are Full Time but if say the rest of the league becomes Full Time, Then have a vote for VAR. Same as option 1

Or is that just out the window due to license issues.

Also randomizing VAR answers during the match would be good.

i think it'd be a good idea adding yellow and red cards for members of the bench, also manager, in case of penalties in doubt or similar things.
