What specific concern do you have with this scenario? Are you suggesting that initially, you couldn't find a club that buy player X and this is a method can get a club to buy that player?

The problem is if you continue, AI teams reject the new bid made by your board. But if you do this steps it seems like they made an offer for the player and you just accept it. So they never get the notification of you want more money.

 

In that specific scenario, if you offer Nelsson for 4.5M€ he doesn't get any bid, so we offer the player for much lower price than his value to get more interest. He gets multiple offers this way ,everything is okay this far i mean who doesn't love a good player for nearly free.

The buggy part starts after this.

Board interrupts the transfer and says 4.5M is the lowest amount we can let him go and you offer the player for 4.5M. After that if you go into transfer centre and go into negotiations it appears as the AI team made an offer for 4.5M.
