Hi,
I would like the option of telling staff to never come with a suggestion ever again. For example, telling them that I don't want them to suggest a player trait for a player for the tenth time this season or changing the coaching assignment. These things get tedious very fast and contributes to the endless clicking to get through your agenda items.
Perhaps there could be an option for the manager to choose what things they want suggestions about from their coaching staff? You could put that in the staff preferences tab.
