I use genie scout to get decent youngsters for my club (Aberdeen), and after 5-6 years, they don't develop as they really should, my coaches generally have a good "working with youngsters" stat (15+) Also, what makes for a good shooting and set piece coach? Have signed coaches with various combinations and none seem to get more than 3 stars when set to these training areas? Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
Toin Posted April 3, 2009 Share Posted April 3, 2009 Set Pieces: technique = 17 & mental + attacking >= 39 or Set Pieces: technique = 18 & mental + attacking >= 36 or (f.ex. mental=(20,18) + attacking=(16,19)) Set Pieces: technique = 19 & mental + attacking >= 33 or Set Pieces: technique = 20 & mental + attacking >= 30 Found this on an other site.
