If you want a specific nation to be manageable, load its league (if available)* or load all players from it. If you want more nations in general to be manageable, loading more leagues will do it, as will using a bigger database. *For San Marino, Liechtenstein, Canada, New Zealand and Brunei, you're best off loading the Italian, Swiss, American, Australian and Malaysian leagues respectively.
