charlstonbigspuds Posted February 28, 2009 Share Posted February 28, 2009 Hi ive downloaded tugs training as ive read good things about it. i also made my own regimes and it seems like i manage to fit more of what i regard important to positions in by lowering the strength and aerobic sections a little. stuboy Posted February 28, 2009 Share Posted February 28, 2009 It seems to work quite well for me but I just used it because I was a bit lazy. From what I read in the training forum, it depends on the age, PA etc. Under 24 it is best to try and develop physical attributes because that it the time they increase, after that and when they near their PA you can lower it a bit and focus on shaping their attributes to the position.
