Officer Rex Bishop
Hello everyone. On the lookout for a new scout and I can't quite figure out why I need to pay certain amounts to different clubs. I had thought it would be based on length of contract remaining but that doesn't always seem to be the case.
Ammar Rehman
it works like compensation works for any professional. wages per week x number of weeks left in the contract. that is the formula for "release on a free" and "approach to sign" (when the staff member is on another club and you want him), "mutual termination" usually offers a breaking of the contract for a lower price than that formula. i'm not sure about this, but it could be possible that staff reputation minimally affects the compensation price, but i doubt it. i think that formula pretty much sums it up. Ammar Rehman
actually it might be: wages/month x # of months left in contract.
Neji
I would have thought it is how much the remainder of their contract is worth.
Richie Brill
Ammar: You basically said that in your 1st post cos their monthly wage would be the same as their weekly wage x 4 lol I agree with your conclusion though, sense would say to me that it would be paying off the remainder of the contract but I aint got much sense so I may be completely wrong lol
